Top notch
When working it is great but when it breaks down very poor customer service. Luke just ignores all messages to him. There used to be Hamish who was very helpful but I cannot get hold of him now. I am looking at finding out who Ombusman is for this sector as I feel cheated due to lack of customer support for problems. It stopped working on Sept 22nd, I was due in hospital on 23rd. I messaged asking if they could help rectify whilst I was recovering. No one responded. Despite other messages never heard back and unit is no longer working, Very disappointed.
