Don't install this apps. Once your late payment, event if just for one day and you give a promised to pay in just one hour, your contact number will be blast by their debt collector. Hei I'm their reguler customer, but the DC was Very rude and act just like an ilegal leasing apps.

Already applied 3 times and approved. Very helpful in an urgent situation, minus only a very short time for installment payments. Hopefully in the future the time given for installment payments can be extended or changed in no more 7 days but maybe 15 days or per month...anyway thanks for approved my loan again 🙏

stress mode on.. get covid so late payment only 2 days already get late interest and already talk to the collector wait i will finish payment this evening after finish final check covid negatif.. but 30 debt collector chat with bad comment and so crazy to get me pay that.. if i late so long and no replay chat you can do it guys... think before do that to me..

they use abusive collection methods and threaten even with lies, claiming to be fintech licensed by the OJK but behaving like lowly loan sharks.

i keep receiving sms that asking me to apply some loan, but when i tried it they reject it. so i consider it as a spam application. 1 star is not even worth for you!

agree with other user comment, this is one of best loan apps, professional customer service and you never find badmouth services from this app, like mostly loan apps. UKU is easy to apply, fast disbursement and great service. keep up the good work!! definitely will recommend to others :)

guess all the good reviews are staged. don't ever think to borrow from this app. they offer to lengthen the loan if we can't give full payment, but not a single percent was reduced even after pay more than half of the loan. reporting this to AFPI, saying they will take serious action. still waiting for the progress

its not a very good loan apps as the comment below said. system has rejected the id card photos meanwhile the photos focus is great and every alphabet has shown correctly and can be read by. useless apps 🧐👎

Just missed due date one day (I've no problem with the fund just missed the day only/accidentally neglected payment.. might be need intens reminder to cover in this case) and immediately paid the day after in the early morning,still can apply and approved,Great and thank you

This application ia talk to much. Even we late just one day they talk to much and bothering. We get the punishment for late paid so for what they still bothering. Talk to much. Its better for using akulaku rather than this application.

Easy to use

I used to love this app, never missed any payment, and even then I always pay 1 day before the due date. But all by the sudden it rejected my application, say I dont qualify. Like, why? Should I pay it late?

not recomended the collector very abusive, more than 1 colector for 1 case, 5-10 colector , can u imagine?, on my last bill, how can i work n pay my bill to uku, with all those situation, they asking me for every 10 minute different person, its like terror mentaly abuse, now i got problem with my mental condition.., not recomended .

don't try this app. once you're click on submit. application will be automatically reject your form. doesn't make a sense

'informasi' and 'data akun bank' keep mentioning " sedang proses" dont u/stand the reason. Asking too many emergency contacts (5 family and 2 friends) just for aplx 1million loan. What to expect? Not recommended and auto uninstall

Excellent and Superb online financial service company. Excellent and efficient in delivering the procedure for registration and very fast for liquidating the loan.please upgrade for application is very slow for updating my payment.
