After updating the OTP was provided and it worked nicely. However, currently trying to log in the OTP is sent after the duration so that I end up with so many OTPs..I thought the OTP was for one time activation? However it is a better app than previous.

The app used to be very good but currently it's very unreliable! It's hangs at the verification and it's not possible to access the app. Kindly do something.

After I've put in my phone number and my mobile banking pin and log the system is bringing the authentication cusor. If I press my finger it doesn't work. It always read the authenticity has failed. I don't remember myself registering with my finger print. Help please.

This app was great untill recently. It keeps hanging, reverses transactions & does not go past the verification process. Do something.👎

I can now give 3* because its working though with difficulties, which i will assume is due to network. Thanks for working on OTP dissemination. If it goes on swiftly i will give 5*.

Access Violation Am unable to access the app because of the error above 'Access violation rule'. Even after clearing cache memory the issue still reoccurs. Why?

The app can't give balance available or most information requested and the ussd code doesn't give any feedback either.

So Mpesa services are no longer part of the deal in this app. I downloaded this app for that same advantage. Uninstalling now

WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE CONNECTION PROBLEMS?. Kindly we urgently need network and database administrators. Ukulima must resolve network challenges for members conviniency

After entering my phone and pin,the is asking for activation code which is not being provided.What could be the problem?

The app is not accepting activation in my phone. How does it get activated

hallo,why cant i check my savings balance using the app?

For three days now my money is hanging i cant access it yet am in an emergency just coz it was a reversal,what a shame!! The withdrawal option is inactive now 4days, how does one transfer cash to mpesa?????so where do i get money for my use,yet all of you are silent,if it cant work please inform me so that i consider another option,this is unfair,am desperate!
