The app has some inaccuracies in terms if locations on the map, but that's understandable. Is something being done about the fact the price indicated at the end of the trip is a lot more than the initialestimated price?The attitude of some drivers when they decide to use the route they know, which turns out to be longer, even if the app suggests something else. Doesn't make sense to me. And the customer service so far has been disappointing.

The app is good and has been helpful especially for places are not easily assessible. However, it would be a great idea to simply add a location by cordinates. Where if someone sent me their GPS location via Whatsapp I should be able to just add it as it is.

On time, Safe, Comfortable and simply excellence. Am so pleased with your services. thank you. While in Kitwe Airtel network doesn't work to get Ulendo services. Even when registering, a confirmation code doesn't come.

I didn't have a good experience, I ordered a taxi which never showed up,i called customer care she told me the driver would be there soon, I waited another 40 minutes no driver came. Tried to call customer care again my calls went unanswered. I cancelled my order and got a taxi from the rank. I was late for my hospital appointment that day when I was ready in good time. If a car is not able to pick you at that time after ordering please inform the customer to make other arrangements.

Your app is cool,your GPS is sharp and accurate, this app has made it possible for Me not to be sleeping in Inter city when I'm on journey because I just use it to book a ride even at 02:00. Your prices are affordable and your drivers are professionals.

The app is good now sometimes when you order the Vehicle and it shows the details but different one come.

I've used Ulendo a few times now an I'm happy with the app and service. However, there is need to get more drivers in different areas because on a few occasions I haven't been able to get a ride because there have been no drivers near me. Sometimes the app is also not able to pick up my location. We'll done to the Ulendo team for bringing this innovation to Zambia!

It a very good app that helped me at some point when i was stuck in the bush where there are no taxis, but i eould advise youbakso add numbers thay we csn keep and use when we don't have data, because to use thus up on needs data not talktime.

Generally a good App though i experienced some challenges a week or so ago as I couldn't enter my drop-off points. I have also noticed that some of your drivers deliberately use longer routes & avoid using the route provided by Google maps. This leads to the customer paying much more than the estimated amount.

It's professional and efficient... I've only been one or two that were really parthetic with their service but overall, I love it

I've been using ulendo services for quiet some time now and their drivers are punctual when it comes to time keeping. ulendo it's cheaper and affordable

Terrible app, drivers don't know how to use Google maps, long waiting times, quicker to walk.

This app is of great help. I use Ulendo alot, and off lately a lot of the Ulendo drivers have been purposely driving in circles, and making unnecessary detours in order to increase the taxi fare...a journey that usually cost K45 ends up being K85.. Ulendo admins needs to address this issue with its drivers. Perhaps it's time we try out other taxi services .

well driver was very cautious...dnt rush through even though there was alittle traffic. avoided all those quick turns guys like to take..very good driving and polite too!!!

All the taxis are super clean the driver talks to you it's so amazing I will Never use another taxi again like stupid yango🤮 but Ulendo WOW ❤️❤️🚖🚖

Used it for the first time today and I'm very impressed. Costs are reasonable, drivers are always on time and very professional. I have no complaints.
