Errors from the very beginning. Not able to log in. Wow!!!!

I had originally given a 5 star but I had never encountered any issues and lately I have for my past transactions either they have to hold it or are asking for too much info. It is supposed to be a fast and easy process to send money to your loved ones but not anymore!!!! I am going back with REMILTY to send money.To top it off I had to cancel my transaction and they said it would be 7 days to see my money back and I still have 1 that has not been released very disappointing! DON'T USE THIS APP!

Update: App is working good. Thank you! Update: Forget about it said above. Sending money through this app has become a nightmare and a waste of time. My parents moved to another address, I updated their new Id's on app which has all of my information so I wouldn't have any harsh issue. Transaction takes 4 days. 2 days ago I received mail from them requiring me to fill an uneditable form on phone which I had to fill on computer, and photos of id's. Now they require my parents to fill the same

Terrible experience. Can't even get a hold of customer service when I need them the most. Was on the phone for 1 hour + and nothing. All you hear is the background music. Terrible app. Can't even request a refund or cancel a transaction. Will not be using this service.

I'm changing my review with ULink now. Are you kidding me after a week waiting for the money to be released now you are asking for a BSA Form to be filled out, pay stubs, bank statements, drivers license. Still no answers....

Did a transaction, I used my debit card that's supposed to take 30 minutes to 1hr for the money to go through. Paid the $3.99 for the express. When I got the receipt it shows 4 days to be able to pick up the money. Right now I'm chatting with Cristina one of the customer service. Everytime I send a message it takes 5 minutes or more to get reply.

Fairly well organized but consistently fails after I click OK on authorization to share device information. Yields error message "Oops! We experienced a system error while trying to send your information. Please try again." Many tries, same effect.

I thought your app was a great alternative to the others I had used before because I was successfully able to send money to my family. But when I tried to log back in a few days later to send again- it did not recongnize the password I used for the first transaction. This is not how business should work. Youre supposed to make your customer happy to keep them coming back and not add to the aggravation.

They say, first impression lasts. Will, my first experience was terrible. I tried using this app for the first time coz they have the higher rate compared to what I've been using to send money (which is trusted and fast service). But I tried this one anyway hoping that they "might" be better. But I was so so wrong and I regret that I tried this. Not recommended to use.

I used it once and I was happy. I made another transaction which I cancelled. Until now, it has been four months that my account has being restricted. I summited ALL requirements to reactivate and seems that it's not enough. Thank you for begging to give you my business. Good bye. To good to be true 😔.

12/1/20 Fast reliable transaction. 4/8/21 UPDATE ON THE SERVICE: This company is tripping. Two years ago they are reliable on every remittances I had with them. But now, for almost every transaction I made, they ask me to submit pay stubs and BSA form that has sensitive personal information. Too much inconveniences. Slow service. Cancellation and refund takes 8 days. Look elsewhere unless you have the luxury of time to call and wait around 20 minutes for their customer support to answer.

Update on my 1 star review, lately I've had excellent service. Money gets to my recipient quick and no more delays. Im happy with the low fee's they charge and offer a higher than average exchange rate. Thank you guys for the excellent service

This is the most trash service I've ever used. They requested unnecessary verification of my identity, which I went ahead and provided. Keep in mind, they already took my money out of my bank. Tried to contact them for weeks. Rang for 2 hours everyday and never got a hold of anyone. Emailed multiple times for a call back or a response. Finally my payment was "cancelled" without justification. Feel like my identity was just stolen. BEWARE. DO NOT USE THEM. UNTRUSTED AND UNRELIABLE.

It's take 10 days to release my money in finel destination. I cannot recommend it's anyone. Also called customer service it's take 30/45 minutes answer Also I have to call every day till money release. And toomany documents asking for. Never have issues with any authors before 20 years I'm sending money to INDIA 🇮🇳 for family. I have to wait 10 days to the money release with uLink.... no no no

HORRIBLE COMPANY, first time using app, they cancel transaction, and now I have more than 7 dias waiting for a refund. Call center is from outside USA and they only said I DO NOT KNOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT NO SUPERVISOR ON TURN . 4 times calling them and same answer, will fill complaint on BBB and wherever I have to go... I transfer same amount today in 2 hrs with a REAL TRANSFER COMPANY ,, REMITLY... recomend 120%

Haven't had any problems with these guys! They are way better than Remitly! Rates are good especially when they have promotions! ♡ Hope you continue your great service and promotions!

Really easy to use app to send Money to Mexico with a good currency coversion rate. And the rewards are really great!

Stay away from takes your money makes false promises. Constant lies and no follow through. Have a total of 3 customer service representatives. Think about it what kind of money transfer service only has 3 employees. I have screenshots of all communications if would like to see Update: 3 months later and still have not heard back from them. If that doesn't say stay away I don't know what does. Company is a complete fraud.

At the beginning it felt like complicated to add the bank card number, and then I login again, completely easy, thank Ulink team.

does this really work???? because i just sign in and it went well, then 5min.after when i log in it says user id or password is incorrect sure i do try several times and with the right info and still incorrect, seriously!!!!!!!i wonder if the money will be able to get through the receiver if in the beginning there's already a problem?????I wont take risk!

Horrible experience! Don't waste your time using ULINK in any shape or form because they will just holding the money possibly waiting for the conversion of dollar to go up so they can get more before they will release it. The 4 days remittance already came to a week and still not reflecting the money even it was already taken from my bank. Every time I chat or call, it's like a broken record for the same dialogue that money will be available after few hrs, but NOT! This company is NOT RELIABLE!

It pays better than the western union app that's for sure, sent 100$ to a family member in Mx that I've always sent, they've told me they only received a text message and not the money they also sent me proof that they've yet to receive it. I called customer service they blamed me, told me that my family member didn't receive it bc I didn't answer some questions that they emailed me? Which by the way I didn't get any email of them asking anything. Have yet to receive my refund.

I downloaded the app. Did all the hoops. Was on chat with customer service. I still can't fund my account. Several hours of several days wasted away....

I have to keep changing passwords to gain access on my computer and smart phone. I also kept getting an error message stating "We are unable to process your request. Please try again." whenever I attempt to reload a phone in the Philippines. Called the customer service line for assistance, but was not able to resolve the problem.

Easy and fast transaction. Customer service are very helpful. Good exchange rate compare to other remittance. Been using it for years.

Posted a positive review I take that back. This is one of the worst apps now it doesn't even let me send money or pay bills. It keeps giving me a error or system not available. Go download REMITLY it's 100X more better and the app doesn't glitch. REMITLY is the way to go nit a broken app like Ulink.

I have a terrible experience using this app, I used once and they never complete the transaction I couldn't get my money back and obviously no customer service at all it has been almost six months for God sake.

Easy to Use. Customer Support is good. Ulink App has improved its stability and speed over the past year. Great rates too, promo or not, first choice to use.
