Pathetic experience 🥺. It's taking almost an hour to download a video of 276mb...and it's not completed yet.cannot stream due to buffering in high-speed internet also. Very slow streaming and downloading speed.will not recommend anyone to subscribe the app.

Horrible app guys... never try to subscribe it. I did the payment for 3 months subscription which is 153/-..It was deducted from my account but when I am trying to see the videos still it's asking for subscription. I complained about my issue on the toll free number given but from there also I didn't get any satisfactory response. Ghatiyaa app ullu😡😠😡😠

The App is good.. And the videos you are posting is just amazing.. But when we download the videos it's downloading speed is very slow. If we stay in the app means video is downloading but we minimize the app and start using other apps means the downloading speed is very slow.. Please solve the issue ASAP

Worst OTT platform I've ever used. I subscribed ULLU GOLD on 25th June 2021 for one year but before completing one year It's not working and when I am trying to watching any series they are asking me to subscribe again. And I complained but till now the problem hasn't been solved. Don't subscribe this OTT because this is absolutely fraudulent.

What those developer are doing even the player is very bad..always rotate along with the phone orientation unable to stop it. It will make no sense...even floting video player is not working properly... Developer need to test the app on every phone.

Just bought a 1-year subscription. Liked the UI - it's quite user-friendly. However, when you want to resume watching any show, it starts from the beginning and not from where I left off. Another annoying stuff is even after completing watching the entire show, it still gets highlighted in "Continue Watching" list and doesn't vanish. These flaws make it a really annoying, disturbing and confusing experience for the viewer overall. Hence 2 stars. Would love to update my review, if resolved.

Worst experience.... They didn't replying clearing... Helpline support worst experience.... My personal suggestion dont buy there subscription... They debited your amount but still didn't activate my account.

This app is good.. I have subscribed but couldn't get all webseries like Chhuppe Rustom not showing. Quiltywise awesome. But when we subscribed we should get all webseries. Hope you people will work upon it. Still not getting.. please check

Very frequently application is crashing with blank white screen , this is very irritating for all user and it'll reduce over all subscription and application download.

I think there should be a sample video of the content.Through tht person can guess if membership is worth of not. Many OTT platforms give 1 episode as a free watch. Here, I installed app and then it asked for registation.Aftr registation, thought there must be some free watch but nothing.Then I clicked random series and then it asked if I'm above 18+.Here,there is no evidence of being 18+Just 1 click is there.Hence,there should be option of birthdate during registration.Then asks 4 subscription

Worest experience, very bad communication, I faced an issue with streaming, they are not responding, it's waste of money, I'm totally disappointed, don't go for this app

I was waiting for Android tv app for a while but finally when it arrives it doesn't have subtitles option while it is available in mobile version.

This is the second time the application is getting without any reply from the screen as when I open it shows nothing and I payed for three days subscription and now two days it's been showing the same issue....it's pathetic

I have subscribed on today for a one year plan,but whenever I open the app it keep on showing first episode is free. Could you remove it for those who already purchased,or is there anything related to login let me know plz.

Before this app is good.. Now days are very slow downloading and last one week i am make download but not finishing download. To many time i will try.. And video also evry time buffering only.. Before i am refer to my friends also but now days never evre anyone i am not suggest this app.. Wast of money only.. My internet speed everything good but why like working this app I don't know.. Next month date 8 is my last day.. After that same issues i am facing i dont make again renewed.. Thank you.

I watch on a smart tv thru fire stick. it gets slow at times n restores to normal but in general it hangs randomly.

They are really making us ullu they are fraud and cheaters i subcribed and i paid through Google Play Store and gpay but in my I'd there is not showing any type of subscription then i called customer care number they said there is some issue and said this will take time upto 24 hours to reflect my subscription i thought okay but after 24 hours also not showing any subscription so I called again but this time they don't pick up i try more than ten times Ullu app pls give refund or subscription

Purchased one year subscription Video is not playing. I have 100 Mbps internet connection But this app keep on loading when I start a video Able to watch videos on website with help of laptop

Been using with a paid subscription for few months now, have enlisted the pros and cons. Pros: Exceptional sound quality coupled with good picture quality. Dirt cheap annual subscription. Cons: Content quality is sub-par. Try casting videos on your TV using Chromecast and the video will stop and resume and loop back several times every few minutes.

While watching a video episode the screen goes dark quite often, which is annoying.

I am not able to open Ullu app. I am having this problem since last week. Please solve the problem quickly. Note.:Because I'm paying money of your app subscribe.

Purchased subscription. But any link i click it opens a page on browser and asks to download the .apk installer pack. Not a single video plays. Feels disappointing with the app. Contacted support, and they replied in email that they will look into in 24 hrs. Update :- 04/17/21 - support did replied. And when i downloaded the .apk and installed it, it added an update patch to App and now its working very fine. I would recommend doing this step. Also, the team is constantly working on the fix.

Features are missing, auto rotate no option to disable, auto brightness , resume

So many bugs rectify it Play and pause working not properly Close the video and i open home screen but the video sound output will be played it is the problem to close it

Video player is not good full screen not watching it on mobile also navigation bar are not hide all time show when video play. Please look into it

They need your UPI or netbanking or debit/card to be saved. Why should I. One time payment doesn't work. So have to check your payment issues
