Registration
It only takes a couple of minutes to get started on Ulster Bank RI ClearSpend. Simply download the App and click ‘Need to register’ and then follow the onscreen instructions. Please note, cardholder users will need to be invited to use the App from an account administrator.
Ulster Bank RI ClearSpend is available to UBIDAC Business and Commercial Card customers. Over 18s only, other terms and conditions apply.

Awful app. I downloaded it ages ago, back then it wouldn't even load. Today I tried again after being contacted by my bank, basically informing me I'd have to start using it if I wanted access to my commercial card account. It loaded but I couldn't get past registration because of scrolling and input bugs. It is literally the worst app I have ever downloaded and completely unfit for purpose.
This app is total rubbish. I am abroad and want to update my travel details so my bank won't block my card. Now the bank has arbitrarily decided that I can't do that online any more and have to download the app. Then when I try to register my details the keyboard is blocking me trying to save them and there is no option onscreen to collapse the keyboard. It is totally maddening and i can't just call the bank to sort it. Thank you Ulster Bank for putting me in an impossible situation
awful app. its too slow and constantley deletes my email from the imput field. its asking for different information than the old app too. fix this to the standerd of the old alp please. horrible experience so far
Horrid app, can t do a single transaction since I downloaded it and Helpline can t find the issue
Makes it hard to log in. Usually its your pin no now its about email and cant remember ulster bank sending me email

Shocking. I can't use my new credit card which for the past 12 years I haven't had a problem when I received a new one. But now I have no choice but to download yet another app just so I can use it. I don't think you should be made download an app if you don't want to. Everything was working just fine until now. Don't fix something that wasn't broken. Nothing should be this problematic. It won't even work now. Its telling me to contact my branch which I can't get hold of. Very disappointing.
