The app requires internet permission so that you can avail the cloud sync features. If you never register for cloud sync, internet is NOT needed.

I have had this app on several different devices. I normally NEVER give a 5* review! Perhaps one time in 20! That said, it underscores how TRULY DESERVING this app is! I'm INCREDIBLY grateful that this app was developed. It's an organizational Godsend. Thank you SINCERELY to the developers.
I love this app so much and use it ALL the time, but it needs an update for newer Android versions/phones.

I have had this app for many years and have loved it. But… With my aging laser surgeried eyes I am finding it almost impossible to make out the printing due to the dim poor contrast theme colours, shades of grey actually, that have been selected for this app. This app really needs a high contrast theme, or at least the ability to select the text colours. My ability to use it is becoming increasingly difficult.
I use this app for several kinds of trips. The lists you can import are good starting points. Love categories and that they turn green when done. Love adding and rearranging items. Thank you for new move checked to bottom feature. Love new cloud sync, now can gain benefit of using both phone and tablet since they are synced.
Ok if using bluetooth keyboard and cloud sync. Let me explain: the app is very useful, earlier didn't had cloud sync and I stopped using it since creating checklist on phone keyboard too slow for me. Recently found it has got cloud sync feature, so installed on tablet, paired up with bluetooth keyboard, created lists there, and synced to mobile. Note: you can as well use keyboard with phone but tablet gives easier view of multiple lists on left and the items on right side.
This is a great ap, simple with everything I need to keep me on task. It would be nice to be able to sort by "complete".
This is a lifesaver for camping, trips, or any kind of complicated project. It's easy to use and lets you make complete lists that you'll never loose. Great for ADD types like me.
Right now, you can backup a checklist, copy it to a PC, edit it in Excel or another spreadsheet, copy the edited version back, then create a list based on the edited version ... Does it have to be so complicated? Maybe there could be a website, so you could edit a checklist either on the phone/tablet or on a PC, sort of like one of the email or note-taking apps. Maybe a desktop icon like Google Keep. Would it be that hard? 2016-06-30: I have a new phone, an LG G5. I can no longer use the app. Although I have previously created and edited checklists on my SD card, there seems to be no way to get Ultimate Checklist to import them. I'm at my wits' end. Help! I signed into the Cloud Share, and I guess I'm backing up to the cloud share, but then what? How can I share this with anyone else? Is there a website where somebody can log in? I hoped I could somehow upload my csv files from my computer to that cloud storage, then import them into Ultimate Checklist. If there is any way to do that, I haven't the foggiest idea what it is.
Outstanding App! I use it every day for groceries, packing for trips, Christmas presents list by person, camping, so many more to list. The included list are a great start or make your own. if you want to delete one it is easy - just long press & a drop down has several options including delete.
Simple and extremely useful. The only improvement I can think of would be some social checklist sharing method.
Really like this app but am having issues trying to share with my wife's iphone version.
Its a nice app, though I would like to be able to use the lists I have made from the Apple version of the app... it would be nice to be able to transfer lists between the different versions of your app.
update: was able to delete the sample lists. request: be nice to have an option for a light background, might make it easier to read the completed tasks with the line thru them. option for larger fonts would be nice. original review: nice app, but how do i delete or hide the included sample and help lists? i long press on them, select delete, but they are still there.

Would have been higher. There was no mention that this app is for phone only. It will not download on my tablet. I passed on other packing lists because they said they were intended for phones. Gutted Now going to 5* as between support team and my device cooperating I now have a tablet which is fully functional. I have also successfully exported list from phone and imported to tablet. Now VERY VERY HAPPY. Thankyou
When I first looked at this app. I thought cool. Pre loaded lists great color to separate all of my lists. BUT it's so confusing, it forces me to make a list and a sub list and I never even made it to making an actual check list. Tried to get my money back but it refuses to give me a refund. Just plain terrible
Love this App, so handy for obsessive list makers like me and fully customisable to suit. Just one minor thing which slightly disappoints me.. I really wish it was possible to access the app from all devices including my Windows 10 Laptop. I hope that the proposed update which promises cloud support will allow this
Complete checklists & customizable...add & delete items easily. Everything from moving lists to baby shower planning.
This list app is not for sharing. Live shared lists are the only way to go when packing for a trip. No confusion, always up to minute, clear responsibility, easy communication. I guess this would work for one person, but so would a piece of paper.
It's really everything you could ask for but I just can't get passed how contrasty the colors are. The background is too dark. I like dark themes but it's almost completely black so it's just too much on the eyes. I hope you'll add more customization.
