I do like this app it has definitely helped my legs and bum and I play volleyball and I can say for sure I feel better but I am not entirely happy with my thighs and hips and it says the slim hips and thighs workout is coming soon but it's taking so long and I've had this app for a while so please update it, it will make it even better!

There is no timer but it's not bad because we are able to do the workout on our own pace. Good for beginners but in the cool down timer is needed.

So far so gd. I use it to warm-up before i hit the weights. Wish it was more challenging.
