Finally found a to do list that is stable and actually works, gladly bought the paid version. It has a lot of options that I don't need but that's fine, they don't get in the way. The addition of the notes is interesting and I think I'll find a use for them as well. Using toodledo to sync is great and very stable unlike google tasks, The lack of a time field in google has always been a pain, toodledo really works great. Also the CS from Ultimate To-Do List is outstanding. Edit: After using this app for awhile I'm finding that I use more of the features then I expected. This is an absolutely great app, and unlike a lot of the Android apps it is very stable and reliable.
Doesn't impose its own opinion on how you structure your todo lists. Extremely customizable but defaults are great as a starting point. The interface is a little bit dated, but maybe for that reason the app loads very quickly and is very responsive, which is what I wanted. Does have light and dark themes. The home screen widget is equally customizable.
I tried a dozen apps before deciding on this one. One of my non-negotiable criteria was that it must sync with Google and ideally, the data associated with reminders should be synced to Google too. This app does that, essentially keeping your backed up and available via desktop too. It also has the most robust set of options anywhere, so you can customize it 1,000 ways to suit your own needs. You can even set the features from basic to custom, so only see what you need in the menus. Awesome!
I loved this app for many years. It has every feature I need. But the one feature I need more than any is the ability to custom order my to do list. Unfortunately over a year ago the custom order stopped working when syncing to Google and it still has not been fixed. no matter how many times you rearrange your to-do items when it syncs they are rearranged in some random order with my most important items being moved to the bottom. Would certainly rate 5 stars if this feature worked again.
OK phone app. But unable to add or edit items on the wear os device. Which for me, is a deal breaker. I'm am really sorry I paid for the unlock options, as I find this app useless for my needs. Edit: To clarify. I am referring to making physical edits via keyboard entry to the todo list on the wear os device. I do not use the voice assistants on my devices. They are useless for my needs.
Can't get reminders to work properly despite using the tips in the support article so I'm beginning to fear there's some sort of aggressive optimization happening on my phone's end (despite disabling). Will keep investigating because this seems to be a good replacement for an app with nagging reminder features from my old phone that's unusable on my new one. Liking how many features it can have!
I have used this app for several years, and live and die by it. It keeps me on task and ensures that I don't forget important details. Recently I upgraded to a new Galaxy, and had difficulty enabling all of the options I was used to. The app's customer support team was fabulous, and helped me through setting up the app to the same level I always enjoyed. This one is the best out there!
been looking for a overly functional replacement for toodledo mobile apps and dgt gtd/toodledo and I finally found it. Thanks for the good work!
Was my #1 favourite app. The very first thing I wanted when I bought my first smartphone was a good ToDo app, tried all the ones with reasonable ratings and this was the only one that was absolutely spot on. The app itself is still fine in its own functions, but as of 1st Jan 2019 it will be completely useless to me because the only USABLE (Google sync is horrible) web-based sync it can use is Toodledo, and Toodledo have decided not to support 3rd party sync from 2019 unless you pay for their minimum 3-bucks-a-month subscription service - ludicrous for someone like me who doesn't have thousands of ToDos. UNINSTALLED. Such a shame, I loved this app and paid for the Pro version.
Worth the $5 cup of coffee. Used this in-out for multiple years. I go back to it as it is Easy to Enter Data update info. When paired with the Old Toodledo App on the desktop. The Toodledo premium lets you send emails to it. This Ultimate To Do has the Tasks Notes. Click on a Task. Right above the Task, there are 3 lines to the Right of the clipboard. Simplicity is best! Working on calendar sync.
I've tried them all. If you. Can live without a desktop version, this is the best. Subtasks as full-fledged tasks are really useful. I've started using some of the fields i hadn't before. Now I want to give 6 stars, it's more useful than i thought for time management.
This is very similar to Toodledo. But, the current version of the Toodledo app doesn't sync properly with my Toodledo account. This app does. So, I've had to switch to this app so I can keep using my Toodledo account!
Really, really like this app. I've used it for years. I especially like the levels of detail and customization it allows. The biggest item on my wishlist for the app is an Apple version that will allow me to access it on all my devices.
Suddenly getting a ton of duplicates and freezing up all the time. It used to be great, hoping these get fixed soon. Google Pixel, syncing with Google tasks - emailed support, fast response!
Fantastic todo list app. This app handles everything. It allows me to make any adjustment I want to have it fit my GTD needs perfectly. That plus the way it syncs with Toodledo means it is really perfect for my needs
This truly is an ultimate to do app. I went from Toodledo to Google Tasks and this app adds so much more functionality and lets me be in control of how I want my task to look and be managed. Nagging reminders option for the win.
i have purchase key for pro. but there is another optional purchase, for key with no need install app. so confusing.. and yet, seems like abandoned app by developer. it tooks a 10 years for new update oe bug fixes. what a great app!!
Devs choose to do per-feature in-app purchases. $2.99 just to be able to sort my list is just insulting. I'd rather use a trial version of an app and buy the whole thing if I like it.
I keep getting asked to check my license. You tell others to get the in app license. I am not paying twice for this app. You should have given everyone who already purchased it access to the in app license. Makes me want to look elsewhere.. seems you are trying to make more money off your longest term customers.
Have used this for about 4 years, it is good. The updates just improve it. Might have a small issue when I sync with Toodledo. Both are good.
Thank you for this great app! Please tell me how to I see more than 30 Tags in All Tasks_Tags or in Edit Mode (Recently Used Tags) or when I create a task and I want to select a Tag from list (there are missing tags, not all appears)
Persevered with my own discipline and building manageable views of the rather too large lists of to dos. Perfect for list makers who might get overwhelmed by staring at not done lists.
Syncs with Outlook, thru gSyncit & Google. Easy to use, search, sort. Better than Outlook task list.
Ive tried dozens of todo apps and this one is by far the best. Feature rich and syncs flawlessly with ToodleDo.
I like it. Lot's of customization. Looks a little dated and a calendar would be nice.
Been using the app for two years and find it a great addition for when my usual online To-Do app doesn't have what I want. Keep up the great work.
Paid for the full version of this and i'm really happy with it - does almost everything I need it to with only one issue/bug. Worth the money. Only issues I get are that sometimes it creates double-ups of tasks when i create a new task or edit an existing one. I'd rather have this as an error than losing tasks but would be great if it could be fixed. This would be a 5 star review if the advanced repeat pattern included an option to stop a repeat task after a set amount of time (# of days, weeks, months etc) or after a set number of repeats.
