App doesn't work very well, The finger print option stops working if the app ever closes until you long in again, defeating the purpose of it. It's almost impossible to get it to save a password. I got it to work once but mistyped the password and nothing I do lets me update it. My job makes me use this for work stuff, else I would never put up with it. Once your in it works... most of the time, but lord getting there in a convenient way is a chore.

The app itself is straightforward but the "remember this device" option doesn't work and the app often fails to completely load. It will pull up the menu but the wait symbol will spin indefinitely, requiring restart.

The app just forces me to log in on a mobile browser now for whatever reason so it's a glorified hyperlink LOL. Other than that, basically only useful for viewing pay stubs and W-2s. Would be nice to have access to things like PTO balances and benefits like the desktop version, especially as not everyone has desktop computers or home internet services. A lot of employees still have to come to work to access things they could probably do fine on mobile if the app had accessibility to it.

It's almost impossible to get into the app. I waste 5 to 10 minutes every time I need to log in. I get a buffering circle and have to close out and reopen the app multiple times before finally gaining access. It's extremely frustrating.

The app will never open have to open it and close it multiple times to take up to three or four minutes to get it to open up just a punch in or punch out if you're lucky sometimes it won't open at all and occasionally turns my flashlight on but at least that keeps me from being frustrated when trying to punch out or in at least I'm not in the dark

UKG: Unbelievably Kludgy Garbage. Horribly mis-engineered. Took 2 weeks of time-consuming, frustrating effort to just get basic functionality. The app times out after only 10 minutes, won't store the password and requires a complete force-quit to use again. The company website is loaded with virtue-signalling lib-rubbish but no indication how to login nor any useful functions. Horrible, unintuitive design makes searching for even the simplest functions a nightmare. Unbelievably Kludgy Garbage.

Horrible! Can't ever sign in, it takes at least 10 times of having to do whatever I can to get it working. I've tried clearing cache, resetting my network settings as well as airplane mode and force closing app! Please fix this! Not only that but it shows incorrect hours worked if I can even sign in. Just terrible

Awful!!!! I have to reload the app almost every day because it doesn't sign me in, it just tries loading and nothing ever happens. The fingerprint feature keeps going out and that was the best because it was quicker and easier. Worst app ever and I need it every day!!!!

This app is the absolute worst. It won't let me log in. And if and when I can. And I want to print a check stub the print is so small. You can't even read it. And it prints that way. No adjustments whatsoever.. i would never recommend this app to anyone.

This is easily the worst app I've ever had on any phone. On average it takes 8-10 tries to successfully log in, the other times I'm looking at a spinning progress wheel that only goes away by closing and restarting the app. Considering a big piece of the functionality of this app is the timeliness of clocking in to a scheduled shift, the fact that it takes 3-5 minutes to be able to access the punch feature is counterintuitive. It's impressive how terrible this app is.

Either turn off the gps altogether, or at least widen the parameters to the entire company property. I am sick and tired of wandering around trying to find the precise spot that the app will say I'm 'in range'. The ENTIRE PLANT is my workspace. I shouldn't have to guess where to be to clock in and out. The whole point behind this app is to make my work life more convenient, not more difficult.

Don't bother using the org chart function on this. After a few minutes of navigating through it the app crashes and fails to load parts of it. You have to reload the app to get it to show up again.

For the first four months, this app worked like a charm. Over my last two pay periods, I have had nothing but login issues. It tells me my password is incorrect, so I try to reset. But when answering my security questions, it tells me my answers are incorrect and locks me out. My password and security question answers have not changed. To be useful for part-time associates, it should have access to the benefits outline for us as well as for full timers. This app needs a serious tune-up.

Compete garbage, didn't deserve the star. Constantly asks for your password, multiple times a day. I have it setup to use my fingerprint, but it never asks for that, who knows why. Everything in the app requires multiple clicks to compete.

Having to get a text and copy and paste every time just to get into my paystubs and hours is super inconvenient, especially when the app perpetually loads and I have to restart it and try again. I have to use this for work but hopefully actual improvements are coming because I'm super unimpressed.

It does its job to let me clock in and out and request time off, but every single time I log in (unless it's been less than 15 minutes since my last login), it tells me the latest security update requires me to re-enter my password. This started when I got a new phone. I was using thumbprint before and I HATE having to manually type my lengthy password twice a day on my teeny phone keyboard.

Broken, broken, and broken. App often won't work on first try ( I have to restart the phone sometimes in order for it to work) / won't let you clock in/ out anywhere in the building. Its often just a chore to use in my opinion.

3/28 still no fingerprint option. :( It was pretty decent and working well for the past year or so. The latest update took away the 'log in w/fingerprint' option, not cool! LOST STARS. PLEASE bring that convenience back! Make it a 4 star app again. 1/30/21: It can be a little quirky, but it's convenient, although a little slow. I'll see what this latest update has to offer.

You would have a better chance at winning the lottery than getting this app to function properly..I am constantly watching a spinning circle instead of being able to access the information I need. One star is not low enough!

Useless. Even with fingerprint enabled, it makes me sign in every single time I go into it. Why have a "Remember Me" button and a fingerprint feature if you'll never get to use them? It's a bait and switch!

This app isn't good at all. Nothing but problems. And 3 years later this app is still terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have to use this app I always get a message saying to contact site administrator and after that I still can't access my account. This app is so aggravating.

Doesn't load. Makes us late for work because if it does happen to open it takes literally 10 to 15 minutes to actually be able to clock in. Takes me through external sites to get to the login page. Once you login yoi get directed to your dashboard and anything you click on there you have to login again. So to clock in you login in. Push punch and have to login again. This is a ridiculous app and we all HATE that our company went to it. We have more manual edits on our time cards than ever should

If I could give it a lower rating I would. Since the last update it has been horrible. Now even though I have the fingerprint option on, it makes you put in your password every. single. time. I usually don't mind but after a while it gets mad annoying. Especially since I use this app to clock in and out every time. The app has other problems as well but as this is the most prevalent annoyance this is what my review is over. Once they fix that I would consider maybe raising the rating. Maybe.

We use UKG for work, and it's an absolute GARBAGE app. If you opt to "remember this device" when signing in, you still have to put in a verification code and answer security questions every. Single. Time. Beyond that, I changed my password yesterday and the app doesn't recognize it, despite me jumping through all the hoops of resetting it less than 24 hours ago. Would never, ever, ever use this app if I had any say in the matter.

This app has "finger login" but it never works, you have to put your user name and password every single time, and then it asks you to change your password and secret questions every other month, very very annoying, the way they brake down the numbers makes it impossible to know how you're getting pay or if you are getting pay correctly. CERO STARS REVIEW!!
