It does everything it says it does, and for free! Only used it for a few minutes but its already exceeded my expectations. Can also use locked apps in the background(like voice recorder) and must use password to get back in. Works really well and doesn't interfere with other apps.
Not secure! There's a delay before the lock screen comes up, so it is insecure since people can see the app before having to put in the passcode. It is also super annoying because you'll think you're in the app and then the passcode comes up and then you click on the ad thing on the lockscreen. It's almost like they intentionally designed it to be insecure and for you to click on the ad and be annoying. I once click the app three times in a row for the same app due to this delay. Trash
it does let u see the app for a few seconds before it locks it, and there's a banner ad above the password screen I guess you can call it. it does have an intruder selfie mode so you can see who tried to unlock the app for your choice of attempts, so that's always a nice feature to have
There's so many options. It's not just a cheap app locker. There's so many gimmicks and quality of life stuff that makes your phone faster and even decreasing the charging time. The adds aren't even annoying, they don't cover the while screen and are very manageable. There's also different ways to lock apps. For example, you can set it to say that the app crashes instead of showing the show finger print/password thing. Overall, this isn't just an excellent security app, its an essential app.
I like the app, don't get me wrong, but there are some irritating quirks it has. Half the time it doesn't recognize my fingerprint. It lags, badly, which is partial reason why it won't recognize my print. Also lags so badly that I can't use my back up password, which is a simple pattern. Lately it has been "not working" and I have to completely close out the app, clear my task bar, and restart my phone. When working properly, I have no issues with this app, it's great for my docs/files/images/
Free, good and easy. Install this app it's a god-send. It stops phone crashing, it stops freezing, glitching. Many things. It also asks you if you want to lock ANY apps for your privacy. And it captures intruders with seeing their faces. It also makes the intruder think that the phone has crashed. Like: Unfortunately, Chrome has stopped. In short it's REALLY good😊
Beyond Expectations. I needed this app to lock my apps so people aren't able to access my apps like messages, photos, and even my Gmail. This is the best app ever. Even if I leave my phone unlocked, I can rest assured unwanted visitors to my phone are not able to access apps that I want kept private. I love it. It's worth the install. Yes, there are ads but the app does the job regardless. The ads does not get in the way out all!!!!? It's perfect!
It works well. Easy and effective. Obviously adds are a bit annoying. Every once in a while, it will "disengage" on an app and I will have to go into manager and re apply, but it's a good, easy app that does exactly what it says
It does what others do, i.e. locks apps, better than others. However, it doesn't compare to Blackberry's Locker, which actually puts the apps into a separate locker so that they can't be seen on the screen, which is ideal for banking apps where you don't want the identity of the banks you use to be visible.
It's a great app and it does more than just protect your apps. It can clean your phone out and get rid of anything you dont need. It can cool your phone down for when you've been on it to long. I rate it 4 just because it's a little difficult to do thumb print every time you go into an app you want protected but I personally think it's a good app.
Personally I locked apps yes, And when I test drove it that's when everything fell apart. I pressed a locked app and well it was spilt and I mean like if you were split screening your phone at the top was the app and the tiny keypad and at the bottom was the app going. So let's just say I couldn't view the whole app but at the bottom I could see the app running. End of story: Top half of screen locked . Bottom half:Up and going.
Works really well. I have a fingerprint sensor on my phone and it works perfectly with it and it doesn't steal information as far as I've noticed... When you open and back that's locked it brings you to a screen where you have to put in the password and there is an ad up at the top but nothing much else.
Seems pretty good, unfortunately when I try to double lock an app that already has a code like Secure Folder it doesn't work. The adds are also pretty annoying, I'd be willing to pay to remove them but they want an over priced subscription instead of a one time fee. Security wise it appears to be good, you can see a preview of the contents of the app when you open it but then the passcode will appear.
This app has many ads , it just not stop showing ads .. And it is always lagging , also when I accept taking photos of someone who's tryna open my apps , it just didn't work ... This app is just good for locking apps without camera . And even I can not say good , u should plz stop showing ads in every sec !
I like it. It seems a little over eager but I guess they're shooting for a broad range. The one complaint I have is that is flashes about a half second shot of the app before going to the lock screen. At least on my phone.
Works great. Not sure how reliable voice recognition technology is... but it would be a nice option for certain instances; i.e. Wearing gloves, have my phone in a mount (my fingerprint reader is on the back of my phone, as many or most are), and for those who utilize their phone's face recognition technology (I choose not to... meh), and the requirement or enforcement of facemasks these days, further bolsters the need for more unlock options. Also, some finer grained options in settings. i.e. b
I like it but I had a whole password written out to avoid myself from accessing unless I saw the paper, but this app only needed a pattern or a 4 digit pin. I believe that there should be a password option to make passwords longer and more secure.
I don't even want to give 1 star. I have emailed their support email, that you are directed to from their app, about my account and I have yet to receive a response to any of my multiple emails. I paid for the upgrade, the one year subscription, and I can't get any kind of a response? That to me is absolute poor business. I wouldn't waste my money if I was you. Only bright side to this is the fact the one year subscription was less than $10.00. Poor business ethic. Poor response time.
Its literally useless. I want to stop my p### addiction and i try this app to lock my browser. But literally. I click on the browser to test. It worked like it should. Then i close the browser. Then i open it again. And there it is. Its literally unlock. It doesnt lock anything up. It showed draw pattern the 1st time. Then the second time. It gave up and let me through. I did it again. And it opened it without a problem. This app is useless. Not only that it can also be deleted without a problem
So far it seems pretty good. The thing that impresses me the most is that I can disable the features that have nothing to do with locking an application. The previous app lock that I replaced with this one was CONSTANTLY notifying me that I should scan, boost, or clean junk.
If you click on an app that is locked, your phone gets locked. You can't close the app or go to your homescreen. You have to put your phone into sleep mode to get it to reset. Sometimes, the unlocking dots appear the size of a dime. So even if you wanted to use the locked app, you can't because you can't unlock using the dots.
Works wonderfully. Definitely keeps people out. *Occasionally will have glitch where it gets stuck in a loop where I can't get past fingerprint no matter how many times I do it right. Closing apps out then reopening them again fixes it. Had problems finding the way to change pattern lock since there is no option for it. To fix it go to the Ultra AppLock settings icon ⚙️ and click it then choose change password option at the top. That will pull up pattern change.
