Stay away from this company! Poor network and customer care service. Data slow, sudden loss of signal. After having reset and changed the sim the problem is persistent. Any kind of reimbursement is possible, even if you signed for a long-term contract. Awful!!! Answer: I did it twice. The rep was not able to help. I asked to escalate or to have a mail address to write, I was answered to check it on Google....

The app looks ok but don't like the service even though it says unlimited not true to its word I had simple mobile unlimited and never had a problem with streaming movies or anything and ultra unlimited streaming it still slows down and now can't watch movies may have to find another company to go with cause I am disappointed with the unlimited data service it should not slow down even if you reached your limit if it was truly unlimited the speed should not slow down

Updating my rating from zero then 3 to now 4 Stars. The connectivity even in rural areas is amazing. I love that I can upgrade my plan mid-month when needed. They negative is internal procedure, process, or capability (through development/training). About every other time I call in for something I get just flat out bad or wrong information even if I asked the rep more than once if they were certain they will swear I'll be wrong half the time the other half the time I can get an amazing rep.

I've installed and reinstalled STILL cannot get past the log in page. .. I enter my phone number and the password I set up on the main web page to NO AVAIL...when I click the "send me a log in link" button it does nothing. What gives?

I would like a way to add directly to the wallet in any amount. (Occasionally, I end up with an uneven number.)

This app is ok, but it should at least remember the User Number/Name/ID. It should also have "Biometric Login" to be up-to-date like any other good app.

The app is very good in terms of functionality. I hate that it charges more fees than in store payments when I was living in New York. In New York for my 29 dollar plan all I paid was 30 dollars because there is a service fee charge of 1 dollar. But here in fayetteville the in store costs more than the online payment. And for online, I pay for the 3 month classic plan but I get charged about almost 94 dollars instead of 87 dollars. That's too much. That needs to stop happening. And they tried to

The SIM your company provided is basically bullsh*t, completely not working in China. Oh I wish I can dear, 'cause I can't even make a call here, even with wifi calling enabled, the SIM itself just work terribly.

I love they service a quick text and it's done no hasle no nothing. I will update my review because I travel so I will let you guys know if I have any service outages.

I signed up for Ultra because the international calling is built in, you don't need to download extra software (simple mobile) and you can buy international credit within the app. So far, I dialed about 80 times, the calling experience is not much better than others I have used and their system is so dumb that you lose all your calling credit if your plan renews before you use it. The calling history does not show the cost of each call for user to request an exact refund

App stopped working for me, it stays on the "pull down to refresh"page and never changes. Excuse me brief glimpses of my information between loading times but then covers it again. I can't interact with anything or see how much did I have left. It is up to date and there are no fixes for this as far as I'm aware. If you could please fix your app or possibly refund me that would be awesome thank you.

since the update been having many problems with the app, the service I am also having a problem with now. Text messages can take up to 24 hours to come in. Voice mail came in the next day. People are calling me but the phone doesn't ring and nothing show up on the call list. Many problems all the way around.

Include save login feature or add biometric login. This is not brain surgery. Tired of being logged out every day

International calling does not work properly. Each call works for a few seconds, then everything both people said in those early moments starts replaying on a loop and you have to hang up and dial again. I had similar issues with previous providers. Please improve your services. Nobody likes paying for garbage

The app never works. Evertime i want to check it the app says "we're searching for your information pull down to refresh" but it doesnt work. Please look into the issue and solve it. I'm satsified with the ultra mobile service so i would appreciate the conveniance of being able to check how much data and time i have left and look at new offers through an app.

LIES LIES LIES! GOT A WIFI HOTSPOT THEIR ULTRA MOBILE PEOPLE LIED AND SAID YOU CAN USE THEIR SERVICE IN A WIFI HOTSPOT (not in a phone) A HOT SPOT device DOESNT WORK AND YOU CANT RETURN the plan SO DONT WASTE YOR MONEY!

It worked once or twice "pull down to refresh" does no good. When I call customer service, about 1 out of 4 reps actually know how to do what they are supposed to do. I've had the acct 3yr same number, same plan, & still must call to get the correct coverage.

This app works well once you are logged into your account. It allows you to recharge your account and check out you wallet, International credit and roaming balances. You can even enable WiFi calling from the app.

Great App. I couldn't go and pay my bill at the store because it was too far but with the app I was able to pay it thru my phone making it easier and simple unlike my past issues with Simple Mobile

The app is ok but every time I leave my county, I cannot make phone calls anymore and it says "Emergency Calls Only." I have to restart my phone. And then when I go back to my county, same problem again...pretty annoying...

App works fine for me. It's nothing special but it allows for status checks just fine and will allow for account management basics. I have no complaints.

Being Ultra customer almost 6 years. It's great when I can save a lot of money for my wireless with good service.

The app is down since last update, won't pull out my account status correctly. I tried to logout then login again by SMS both in-App and on website, but the password or link never arrive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Ultra Mobile is a bunch of spineless, lying thieves! I had a plan for 3 days. 3 DAYS! My data wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times and they tried troubleshooting, nothing worked. So I decided to just get a refund, because I'm not paying them just to make them richer. It was DENIED! My refund was denied when I hardly used it at all. I'm sick of getting on the phone or chat with agents who pretend they wanna help me, when all they want is my money

Don't use ultra mobile... it's a scam...u have to pay $50 unlimited for one month but they will close your services, every 12-13 days and will tell you to pay $50 again if u want your service to be continued. This is happening with me for almost 2 months now and customer care only know how to receive money...they don't explain anything because system does everything.. Stay away from these scammers

Excellent for the price you pay. International calls to many Countries are free and unlimited. Example being calls to India. Quality of calls excellent. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

ive only had Ultra about 6 weeks and the app already stopped working saying error loading try pulling down to refresh then nothing,no data showing ,no account,nothing. yet i can still make calls .

Easy to use. Great app to operate and staying on top of my monthly payments. Best part is you can set up autopay.

DONT USE THIS! If you have international roaming credit, and they will charge 0.2$ every hour! And for 0.11MB roaming data I have charged $6! UPDATED, After I disable roaming data, I charged $1 within 3 hours! I will tell my story to others!
