This app is absolutely terrible and ultra should be ashamed. When first signing up, the country and event selection scrollers are absurdly slow. Then it asks for permission to write to my device which there is no need to do. The only reason I downloaded the app was to set up a schedule of sets for ultra miami and they dont even have the times listed or a schedule planner. Ezoo and lost lands are both smaller than ultra and their app is 10 times better. Maybe try to learn a thing or 2 from them
It's not a great app. It doesn't scale to screen size and it's quite clunky. If you want to see the set times you need to download it though.. I just take a screenshot of the times then delete the app.
App has been fixed for crashing problem. Now can't skip commercials in the video section. Pressing the skip button does nothing.
Have never been able to earn points for attending the 3 Ultras I have been to as the earn points button doesnt work. Set times keep getting stuck and superimposing themsleves. Awful app.
I download and open to see the set times. as soon as i close the app, the set times disappear and i have to uninstall and reinstall to see them again. extremely annoying
it doesnt work on my phone (OnePlus 6) probably due to the way the app handles the taller display. everything is cut off and i cant even get past the setup.
No line-ups or set times available on the app. It actually was there when I first downloaded the app but now it's nowhere to be found. Only line-ups from previous events. Disappointing
Doesn't work on pixel 4xl. Black border around app - it doesn't fill up the screen and can't click on anything after login.

There shouldn't be a need for this app. 50 MB app for accessing the cencert and looking at the aftermovie. Not worth it, just make a Web app?

This being a non native app displays in the fact that it has performance issues on just loading the pages coupled with the fact that the line up page has poor user experience where lists overlap. If they outsourced the the lineup API, it would be possible to build a better experience.
