App (and consequently, all connected bulbs and devices) no longer works, website just says they are working on a fix, and there is no customer support. Emails go unanswered. The lights worked fine with the app for a year and then they all turned to garbage recently when the app erased all data (account content erased by Ultralink; can still login but all device content lost and no devices can connect anymore). Apparently it is only Android with issues. Return them if you still can. Good luck.
updating review based on 2 issues found. First, app uses Google maps to support home location. It was unable to locate our home, (although no problem when using Google map app itself outside UltraLink), and the app does not offer manual entry option. second, there does not seem to be any way to change settings options on information such as temperature from F to C, etc. As a result, downgraded initial rating
Stay away from this product. It appears to be newly released as on fall 2019 with significant bugs. Firstly, it will not communicate with the wifi network if mounted on brick. Secondly, the iOS app microphone feature does not work (yes, I have it enabled); the android mic works fine. Thirdly, the app does not record video when it detects motion or activity; only pics. To make it even worse, there is no response from their support (both phone and email). Stick with a brand name product like Ring.
Can not sync the app to my ultralink smart doorbell camera, hear the beep and the indicator ring turns purple/pink and doesn't sync. Trying to get tech support is next to impossible. Ultralink 360 app works great for the pan and tilt camera.
Was working until @ 2 weeks ago the started going off/on at regular intervals. Only when on. Test says network problems when sent to company but nothing has changed on network and was working for months. Response from requests for help say check network...equal to ..is it plugged in?.. Works until i want it to stay on more than couple min. Network 3/4 out of 4 with cell phone 2 feet away. Getting something else and telling others to avoid.
Devices go offline. There is poor connectivity when trying to set these up. Once they go offline, there does not appear to be a reboot function.
Timers dont work. Turn on at 10pm. Turn off at 11.45. The turn on doesn't show as next action and never happens. Also seems to be an hour out from my chosen timezone. Useless beyond words. You email address to contact you didn't work either. Thanks for nothing.
Bought a video door bell from this company. The door bell is complete junk. It does not ever record with activity in front of it. To top it off I don't even get notifications when it rings, its sole purpose. If I could rate "0" I would.
My smart bulb disconnected for now reason, not it just won't connect anymore. No matter how much troubleshooting and resets we do, the bulb flashes really fast, but never connects.
I have been very happy with my smart bulb for the last while however just recently it went "offline". I have tried everything fo reconnect with it throuhh the app however now it says something about a 2.4ghz something frequency? Nothing about my internet has changed so i dont get why it wont reconnect..the bulb is useless to me now
Control panel crashes everytime you try and set a schedule.. pretty useless unless you wanna manually set which kinda defeats the purpose of smart products.
You need to open the app every time the dorrbell is action to be able to answer, ir does not have a way to answer like a phone call, it is a really bad design and it takes forever to connect to de doorbell, will not recomend this product at all.
it works great,it works with my Google mini.the only thing on the app you can not change the colors,you can speak to Google home then it will change colors..😏😀😀
Google Home unable to detect smart plug or smart bulb. Followed all instructions from UltraLink app and it detects product, just not compatible with Google Home I guess.
Works great. All setup. A widget would be nice so you wouldn't have to go into the app to turn things on and off.
Latest update is very glitchy. I have to tap the smart device control options several times before they will work.
New unit. Been plugged in for 16 hours not charging. Picture is good but if its not charging its going back.
Please fix this app. I have to press the on/off button multiple times to turn my light bulb on or off. Very irritating.
Only seems to work on battery power. My system is wired to 20 ac. Battery only lasts for 2 weeks. No support.
The box does not mention that the app only works with 2.4ghz wifi. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew that information.
Not easy yo set up, it doesn't have a schedule where you can set on and off times. Sorry I bought this.
timed actions are out of synch after daylight savings time change and there's no way to manually set the time
I got one of the lights and I was so excited to try it but I cant make an account because it's not sending to my gmail and everytime I try using my phone number it says "Use Email" maybe I can get this to work and if I do I'll come back and say that but if not you'll know
App won't detect location. Reinstalled app multiple times and it still won't detect location
Can't change timezone. Color wheel is poor and not an easy app to navigate
The doorbell does not notify the cell phone it is an Android phone up-to-date
The Dec 9, 2018 update improved the experience greatly!

The app isn't recognizing that my device isn't using a 5G Wi-Fi connection
I was worried after reading all the bad reviews, I'd already bought the Smart LED Bulb so didn't have a choice. But it works extremely well for me & easily does everything I want it to. The warm/cool colour white light works very well & can get very dim which is what I wanted it for when watching movies. The timer isn't intuitive & I couldn't find a display showing the set on/off times, but I don't need a timer. The light colour feature doesn't get very bright at all.
