Extremely laggy and buggy App and lock do not accept pairing. Instead it relies on a handshake after opening the app. Therefore after you restart your phone you will have to open the app and select the lock and then minimize or go to your home screen for the knock/shake features to work. Additionally connecting to the lock via Bluetooth is buggy if it locks up on the connection you will have to restart your phone. Force closing and restarting app or Bluetooth will not resolve connectivity issue
I have had a bad experience trying to use the app. Have tried several times to either sign up or sign in without success. Even when I tapped forgot my password I couldn't get a code to reset my password. You have to make the app. user friendly. The product is doing well though.
this app was working great the last few days. I was able to open it remotely and check all the users. Today when I tried to open the app it is stuck on the loading circle. I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, and using it over data instead of wifi. nothing works
No real functionality. Can connect and read a log, nice, but mostly useless. Can't add, edit users... really? Why can't I connect to the lock when not at home? Bluetooth is nice, but wifi would be more useful.
I now have the bolt pro and it's been working fine. I did have a problem with the app recognizing it being locked but was able to reset it. The deadbolt had to be removed to paint the door, it wasn't reinstalled properly.
App does not work I have a Pixel 2 running Android 10 and thr app won't even load, it just crashes immediately. Looking at the other reviews, this company really needs to sort out their app to retain users. The lock seems good but not as good without the app.
this app does not work for me at all, when I open the app it takes forever to log on and sometimes it doesn't even log on it won't open anything the lock itself works just fine but the app does absolutely nothing it does not open it just spins and Spins and Spins and Spins no good it needs an update
Can't sync users at all. Most things take forever to load. Adding a single lock added it like 20 times. Horrible app. Needs to be fixed asap for the cost of these locks
Cannot sign in nor sign up, the blue button just doesn't work. Some kind of glitch that needs to be fixed, especially after having expensive products.
Could not pair my U-Tec bridge to my wifi as it only supports Wifi passwords up to 32 characters, which isn't up to spec. My WiFi is greater than 32 characters so i can't connect.
Very barebone, and no landscape support, finger print feature on the lock is not reliable,so not recommend the lock and the app.
Very unreliable, won't connect lock most of the time, sometimes the app won't even launch.
Crashes when syncing users and when adding photos, there is no way to make that work!
Nearly 3 weeks into the stable release of Android 10, and no functioning build that runs on it.
It just keeps hanging...looks like the developer is sleeping on the job. Ultraloq has the worst apps which include U-tec.

not happy right now. can't update firmware. can't edit users. keeps telling me to turn on bluetooth. where is that? I thought it was always on. the lock is okay without the app, but the UI should really be much better for the tag paid. how many homes have an outlet next to the front door? I'm in the range but through a wall. I ran all the wiring and am positive there is no interference in that space. please help. I want to love this.
