How it works:
*retrieve a picture from the gallery or take one within the app (use a built-in timer and front camera for self-shots);*choose the filter that brings out that best in your photo*tune the opacity level*tap the tick sign to save changes*go on adding effects (filters can be layered in any combination and amount)*tap the tick sign to save the final result*share your image with the world and with us by tagging it #ultrapopapp. We repost the most outstanding pictures!

I used to have this app and loved it! I was excited to start using it again but after downloading it and trying to use it, i can say im extremely disappointed. I understand the need for ads but having a video ad pop up every time you click on a filter/effect? Really?
Ads after every click. Not worth even trying out. Uninstalling. Sad too cuz the 5 filters I was able to see before I realized the ads were every single time you tried one seemed to be alright.
this app played a stupid ad every single time I tapped on a new filter or anything in general. it's super annoying when trying to touch up a photo. really disappointing.
ADS AFTER EVERY SINGLE CLICK. You also have to "download" the filters. Takes up way too much data. Don't install this app!
absolute garbage app. Force closes, nonstop video adds after every filter. Uninstalled after a minute of use.
Wayyyyy too much ad
This app has become incredibly awful with time. If you have a free version it will "molest" you with video ads after every filter you try over your photo. Absolutely rude and terrible! I wouldn't pay for "pro" version out of principle. You can't treat your users like that. Rather shut down the free version and only leave the paid version.
Can't even edit a single picture without going through 30-40 ads. Will uninstall soon if not improved.

Insane amount of ads. I was unable to even evaluate whether the app is useful before getting hit with 5(!) subsequent ads in the process of editing one photo.
boo. way to change it so you can't remove the logo unless you pay for it. reading the reviews shows me that paying for the app is not beneficial and actually a waste of time so I will probably delete it. whoops.
Was great until they force you to buy premium to remove their watermark. You're better off finding another free app for filters.

went to try it out to see if it had improved since launch and was entertaining buying the full version, but the ads covered literally the entire photo up as I was previewing stuff. weak.
Pretty decent for being a free app, only annoying thing was I had to leave this review to unlock more filter packs.
This has some great and very useful filters that I haven't found anything like any where else
I love the colours. I was going to buy the pro version. After having read the reviews on it, however, l am not going to be ripped off like l have been with other apps which do not give you what you pay for! No thanks!

Unlike competition, this uses consistent, set filters instead of randomised image settings. P kew.
A fun app! If you know how to make the best of it and have an eye for creativity, you're gonna enjoy :)

It'd be nice if the free version didn't *constantly* inundate you with inescapable 30 second ads. Made it not worth even checking out for more than a minute. Too bad, looked like it could've been cool. Might have bought the pro version, even. OH WELL!
