Constant loop when trying to view history, settings, anything on the menu. Will not allow connection to any camera settings. Is good for arming/disarming from the phone. Once gave notifications for everything, but now I can't get into the settings to see what changed. Not good if one wants a security system they can review from their phone when away from the main panel. Running s3, but the website states it will run on Android 4 or higher. S3 is still 4.4, so it should work. Phone restarts don't help, and I shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall to get the features.
Can't get into the app. Requires pin even though I've set it up to not require one. Then tells me I've tried to log in too many times after I've only tried once!!! Update, 6/27/20 - haven't been able to get into the app in about 2 weeks! Gives me an error message that I've tried to login too many times after I've only tried once! Worthless app!
Update: Apparently the company went out of business in 2019, and effective Dec 2021 is no providing tech/product support. No wonder they don't respond. :( ---------- The camera livestream has not been working on my phone for months now. It is not a camera issue because I can view from non-Android devices. I tried to contact the developer for help but the message failed to send because the domain could not be found.
I was a certified dealer and installer of this system and still currently have it in my lake house. I strongly advise going with something different. This system has way too many issues and every update they do seems to mess things up. The app also just seems outdated compared to everything else on the market.
When are we going to have the option to clear displayed trouble codes in the app?, Could use a bit of work - perhaps include a firmware update option for the system. Wishing now i had bought a bosch system and not the Hills/ interlogix. Extremely poor support
Can't communicate to panel via app after latest update. Since January my app is giving me an error by saying too many logins failure then sometimes I get into the app I triy to arm the system the app looks like it's busy spinning spinning then it logs me out with an authorization failure. So every time I log into the app I either get an error or when I'm in the app it doesn't work.
Garbage app that crashes, takes forever to load, and is incredibly inconsistent. I don't even get doorbell notifications and most of the time it won't even load the video.
Terrible app. Contact details for developer bounce. Push notifications don't work - can't adjust basic settings. Recommendation: save yourself the trouble and buy a system like Eufy or Arlo - don't waste your money on a 'higher end' system with zero support.
Extremely slow. It can take up to a minute to log in to the server, and notifications can appear two to five minutes after arming/disarming the alarm.
Unable to control thermostat using Google Home. It simply errors out - "Unable to connect to thermostat". Everything works with the Ultrasync app, but very slowly
would be nice to set the notifications to a different sound than default and same as all the rest of my apps. would like a different sound from this app so I know to look at it.
Andriod version doesn't let you connect new device, that part of the app is non functional. Your forced to use an apple product to have a working app.
Constantly needs to be reinstalled to make it work. Use it once and then it locks me put saying to many failed logins. What a pain

Multiple problems with cameras and settings. Unable to see camera for front door from any panels, and it can't be fixed.
App no longer works after update. Keep getting screen that says too many login attempt fails.

I don't have the eproblems the other user report(unresponsiveness, unable to log in the app etc) but I am missing the sos button the panel has and that while my wife's iphone mimicks the siren when there is an intrusion, mine which is an android doesn't sound anything
