The app is pretty great actually. It shows my balance in my savings and checking as well as showing every transaction in its history, updating almost instantly. I could get groceries at Walmart, and I could check the balance when I get in the car and the transaction would be there. There's also a budget feature, you can set tags to budget types of transactions like gas or groceries and see how much you spend each month. Very convenient, and run very well

The Remote Deposit camera works extremely poorly: The screen goes blank randomly and crashes the app. It sometimes won't take the back side. It won't do retakes. The take picture button eventually stops working. If anything at all goes wrong, restarting the app doesn't solve it. The phone has to be completely restarted to try again. 45 minutes of hassle just to make one deposit. And no, I won't fill out the app survey, because the bank doesn't care anyway. They don't even return emails.

Credit card Customer Reward credits don't show up in the activity, transactions, you have to download the statement to see them. Also takes too many clicks to view the transaction activity and even more clicks to get to the make payment option. I think it could be streamlined a little more. App is a big improvement from where it was.

They don't have a branch or atm near me for deposits so I hoped this would work. It does not. I've tried 20 times and had only a few go through. If you're hoping to make check deposits with this, skip it. All it's good for is balance and transactions and you can get that through their texting option.

So far the app is kinda dry. Only shows what you owe and not your total remaining balance. Seems like it's a working process, a lot more could be added. But overall the app does need a lot of work. Only using for my credit card. So 2 out of 5

They changed this app to make it better....they said!!! I dont see how having 2 numbers is better. 1 for checking ballances and 1 for with draws and deposits. It used to be 1 number for both and it worked great for me. I used it all the time and also it would not send a message that you had any deposits or with draws until 7am. Please put it back to the old way. I have also talked to people at my bank about all the problums.......

I likeed the app before the new update. I had to reset my alerts and none of them are working. Nothing like checking your account every 2 hours to make sure nothing fishy is going on. Doesn't text me when I use my card and that's a huge problem. Get this fixed or I might have to bank somewhere else for security reasons!

Easy to navigate; thorough; helpful. The only suggestion is to give the user the ability to change/choose a user name (you must use the computer generated name they assign you). Excellent bank; excellent site.

Where did my other rating go? I hate this company because they charge foreign transaction fees and their website doesn't let me submit a payment online. I have to use the app which I don't want to use the app, and it's very difficult to find where to make the payment. I have to hunt for it every time. I don't use the card often because my credit limit isn't that high and they have fees that my other cards don't and their website is hard to use and the app is slow to respond to input.

Has useful features but the screen display is over complicated and is not well thought out. They removed important features like text alerts with the latest updates. It fails to recognize passwords and passwords over half the time. It is just simpler to log in on a pc.

I'll just leave my review here since customer service wants to transfer me in circles all day long. On the old desktop website, I could access my rewards by clicking a link found on the "Account Summary" page. Now, the desktop website has been updated and rewards can't be found anywhere. This relates to the app in that there has never been access to credit card rewards via app (as I was told by customer service) or has been been buried so very well. The app should have easy access to rewards.

Great app! Simple to use with all the important information at your finger tips. The biometrics is amazing by allowing access with typing a long password. I like notifications/alerts for every transaction and was able to make it happen with this app.

My app used to work just fine with no problems. But now it won't even sign in. When it loads, I get a blank white screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but that didn't work. Now it asks for username and password, but when I type the info in and press submit, it does nothing. Just freezes.

I don't care for all the changes that came with the last update, I no longer get text alerts when money is spent or when money is deposited. And I get a secured emails every time I do anything with my account along with emails texts and a phone call from 1-800 number notifying me I did something with my and to get on and check it for my security.... Constantly NOT saving my login info or resetting it's settings On It's Own!!!! ....... caused me undue hardships when an account transfer was needed and I was away from my laptop!!! FIX the APP developers!!!!! Completely ridiculous simple fixes......New app totally inefficient and a waste of time!

The main function I use this app for is depositing checks, and the new interface has a zoom in/out icon that literally blocks the deposit button. Don't put design before functionality, especially if the design makes this app look like it came out in 2010. Review on Galaxy S9+

This app is worst than the last one. I used to get a confirmation number on every bill pay I did online. Now nothing! I write down every online pay confirmation number on my bill for reference! Page layout was much better being able to see more payees. This was not well thought out at all!

I can almost never get logged in. I constantly get a pop up error saying I have a bad connection, when it's the app itself. The update is AWFUL. No point of having an app that only works a small fraction of the time.

Lets me see my accounts, but I can't pay my credit card on the app and the remote deposit isn't working. The screen to record images for deposit comes up, but it's black. I double checked and the app has permission to use the camera.

Doesn't work at all. Cannot login to see my DC signature credit card. Even trying to login as new user failed Everytime. Fix your app umb. Get some good Android developers on board or get your designs straight up. This app until it let's me login is useless and uninstalled. Although the full site works fine for me. As a Android developer myself I see this app is very poorly designed hybrid app and a disappointment.

This updated UMB app is horrible. It is difficult to navigate. There is so much unnecessary information. I got so many phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding my account. The preferences are not very clear. Improvements are needed to make it more user friendly. I'm still trying to figure it out.

UMB feels janky and rinky-dink. Mobile app fails to recognize my password & I have to log in from a browser every time. Then the HSA fails to load unless I enter my credentials a second time in a slightly different window that looks like a Windows98 throwback. Ordinarily one would never do so, being conscientious to avoid scams which attempt to capture credentials, but no, this is how UMB rolls. Mint and Wallet can't get UMB HSA to load, either. (My employer forces my HSA to be at UMB, btw.)

This is a horrible app. It simply will not work. I can NEVER even get signed in to view/manage my UMB accounts because the app is always experiencing "connectivity problems." This is one of the worst apps out there!!!!!!!!!!!!

The updated app is not good. The app used to be quick to load. Now, it's incredibly slow when it even works at all. Fingerprint login is nice, but that's about the only improvement over the old app that I've noticed.

Fairly Useless -Regularly ignores your request marked "don't ask me security questions on this device" -Will not work with fingerprint -You may create a pin to log in, but it will intermittently ask you for full log-in -Cannot search transactions by name -Tech support, per rep, has no control over these issues -But, this app is the only option to use bank features when out and about, without waiting on hold for minutes, or trying the web browser on phone (too small)
