Good platform.. very reliable and amazing with easier repayment and lower interest rates .. I like the app. Though, the processing take a while before approved. But eventually I was just approved in unexpected. Kudos to umba.

I initially experienced difficulty (technical issue) in accessing my account for some time but the customer service team was amazing, they handled it exceptionally. They promised and over-delivered yesterday. To be honest, their interest rate is also the lowest I've seen so far...you guys rock!!!! Thanks again Umba..

The app is a bit frustrating. After submitting and verification of all personal information, it keeps returning to the home page when trying to apply for loan. What then is the purpose of the app if you can't secure the loan you downloaded it for.

Superb experience, might take a while for verification but once it's done, you're good to go. Interest on loans is amazing. Daily transactions good. But please make available the option to send money to individuals without having to save them as a beneficiary, also the option to delete beneficiaries and also add additional bill payments to the app, not just airtime.

Best loan app so far. I had no issues at all. My experience has been smooth. Loan interest is affordable with ease of payment to complement. You guys are amazing. Kudos! Keep it up!

I am taking back my earlier comment that this app is with great experience because the opposite is really the case. Connecting one's account has always been a problem in which no OTP will be sent in order to finish the operation, for the past couple of weeks now.

Heard some good reviews about this app but my experience has been anything but frustrating. Tried applying for a loan for a week now, everytime I open the app I will be asked to link my bank account and after doing that nothing will happen then the next time I open the app, I will asked to do the same thing all over again. Really frustrating and annoying. I sincerely hope my bank details are safe with all these linking. The loan I haven't even seen.

I have been battling with withdrawal since yesterday, i made withdrawal since yesterday and up till now it's still processing and the customer care service is not responding. This is terrible and the money is from their loan service the repayment amount and due date is already counting and am still yet to receive the money, this is unpleasant. Please fix this today or i will keep updating my review daily. I can't pay for what I didn't get.

I mistakenly sent money to One account number showing in the app, the day that I download and register the app... I don't know how I would be able to retrieve the money , because it doesn't even verify the account number with it's name nor ask for my pin before the transaction take place

Though this app is good in terms of loan interest. But it is also one of the most frustrating app i have ever seen. It usually takes 2hours for them to validate an offer. Now for almost 12hours when i send money to my account it has being pending. Have beig sending messages but no reply. Very poor system.

Great app. 1. how can I increase my daily limit? 2. What's wrong with your bill payment section? It fails most of the time, pls do something about it. 3. Likewise the app performance is becoming too slow recently, sometimes it won't even load to authentication page so I can login. Pls fix that too. Not my network o, cos I usually test other apps whenever umba starts slowing or not logging in and the apps does work normally and fast as they should,

This is one of the great loan app ever, easy to access and good interest rate. But I am having issue with my account at the moment, I want to pay back my loan but I have not been able to login since 5 days now. When ever I put my number, the verification code does not come and when I retry multiple times, it says I have used maximum attempt by week.

I don't know what is wrong with this app. Since i downloaded this app, the response i have been receiving is that my account verification is pending after which it will display account verification failed even when it appears that the information on my BVN is absolutely correct. I have also updated this app more than any other app on my phone yet i still can't get past the account verification stage.

The only reason I am keeping back one stare from you is because of just one reason: I had to log into my mobile app from your app. If I wasn't desperate,I don't think I would have done that. If there is a way to read someone's alert wether messages or emails ( mine is emails) without people entering their log in codes in your ap, your app would be one of the best in Nigeria. Low interest rates with longer time frame? Wonderful!

My experience with this app is frustrating,I successfully saved money in the wallet,but I have ready transfer money to other bank and it haven't credit the account,it keep displaying pending,and the money was to be used for emergency need...what a frustrating app

My loan got approved and deposited in my Umba account but I'm having difficulty withdrawing into my bank account and the loan repayment time is counting down already. Moreover, the app keeps crashing anytime I try to use the send option. It's impossible to write the customer care.

I have to be sincere I am very disappointed with this app. Those I referred got loan with cheap interest rate which was good but me... I never got my rewards for the referrals and any loan offer even after connecting my online banking with the app. So disappointing

I couldn't link my card, so I can't get a loan. What is this? Getting pissed off. Is Umba a joke or what? The above issue has been resolved and my first loan disbursed. Umba is certainly not of this part of the world - THEY ARE UNARGUABLY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Their knack for customer-satisfaction is second to none. I can only pray that they continue the good work and climb higher in the business. Great Umba!

I have only one issue with this app... I can't SEND money from my wallet to another account. Whenever I tap on it, that's the end...I just see Umba is not responding. This has been a recurrent issue, WHY????

Bad,tried logging into my account both internet banking and mobile banking it just kept telling me wrong password need to confirm my account details and everything was perfect,now I'm just at the gate now access.....it's not friendly at all....what to do now,I need to download the two app on my phone both i.ternet and mobile just to certify I'm not the one at fault

Just when I thought there's no more good loan apps in Nigeria, I just stumbled on Umba and my orientation changed. This app is superb, with reasonable offer, less interest and long payment duration. Kudos to you guys. I already refer my friends.

It was very easy to download and register the App. But when Loan is being repaid back, the time being used to generate the next loan is too long. When loan is being repaid at least maximum of 10hrs is okay to generate another Loan so that it can prompt quick response to the payment, 48hrs to generate the next loan offer maybe too long in some other Cases but with me I'm fine with it. Thanks.

Nonsense App! Can't perform the simple function of adding a bank account, as it keeps rejecting, after trying to sign me in, direct to my bank. So frustrating! Why can't you guys allow one to do the simple task of adding bank account number myself?

I wish I could dance... I would have done a dance video and posted with this rating honestly... Low interest rate and longer repayment period. The app offers so much more than loans. I give 5 star because I love this app, all my transactions are very switf. My only concern is that there is no possible means of contacting the support or customer service, there is never a response. Please do something about it because its becoming frustrating.

My issue with is app is not getting responses from customer support. Have been contacting them since yesterday till now no response. This is very bad. I just hope u respond to this as soon as possible cause it's so frustrating.

This is a reliable Loan App, once they access your records successfully they immediately disburse into your Umba wallet, they are also quick on their processing, this is a reliable loan App with a very little interest Amount and bigger loan at first application. I will recommend them to everyone. Try them and see yourself

at first i thought this app will b like others ,but after i gave it trial i was so convinced that infact it is the greatest of all loan apps.,and i will strongly recommend it for whosoever wish to get a loan as fast as possible. their requirements is just super dopy, no long talks. i think every process is just 1-10mins and ur loan is in your account.

Umba is the best Fintech in Nigeria. They offer high loan with long tenor and extremely low interest rate. They disburse very fast, their staffs are super nice, professional and uncultured. If there was more than 5***** I'd have given them but i am restricted to only 5*****. I highly recommend Umba to everyone looking for a loan.
