I got it through the free trial. The advertisement stated how long the trial was and the MONTHLY rate. So, I said to myself, even if I forget to cancel, it's cheap. Lies. After the trial, I was charged the ANNUAL fee. The customer service is very bad. I will be back with the phots of email exchange. Over all, the app only works on my phn. I can cast from my phn. But that's it. Since I HAVE to cast it would be nice if there was an option to continue to the next series etc. This is not worthit

At first I was enjoying this app. It had some good shows but not enough content now that I'm trying to cancel its taking so long! It's asking for unnecessary information when I can provide my information so that you can find my account to CANCEL my subscription! The email listed is even wrong. U can't contact anyone on this app! I'm having trouble with my roku trying to cancel this subscription, it's ridiculous! Y'all make it so hard purposely for yall to be GREEDY!

This is the worst app ever. Do not subscribe. The app is hard to unsubscribe. When watching it keeps buffering. It's a lot of low budget movies you can watch for free on another app. Their customer service is horrible. I've been trying to unsubscribe for a month now. Their still charging my card. I wish I knew the umc was related to them otherwise I would have never gotten this app. I had the same problem with umc. I reached out to them and they was not helpful at all. They refuse to cancel

Live all of the shows and movies. From the high premiers, to the low budgeted... tho i did have issues with my password. After downloading the app on my tv, my password some how reset and i couldnt sign in. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24hrs with a temp password. But other than that the app has been good

The shows on this app are LAME.! Not all shows are even blacc shows.! (Chain Letter movie, for instance) I only subscribed to watch Marriage Boot Camp Hip Hop Edition and not all seasons/episodes are available.. Just like other shows.. It says 2 seasons BUT there's only a few episodes of first season available.. 👎🏾👎🏾 #TwoThumbsDown #ZeroStars

I have been trying to cancel this subscription before my free trial ended and it has been very difficult. They took $59 out of my account. I have tried to contact them and have been unsuccessful. This is the worst app and I do not recommend anyone getting it.

Please don't waste your time. I watched like three episodes of A House Divided. And it started freezing. They tried to take payment before my free trial was up. It said that the app was installed on my computer. But when I went back to it, it wouldn't let me get on. Therefore, I blocked my card. I talked to a gentleman on the phone and told him that I want to cancel. He said the reason I couldn't get on the app is because the bank declined the payment. I told him I blocked my card because I wasn't going to pay for something I couldn't watch. Be careful when they say free trial. They will charge the same day. And then the app all of a sudden stop working.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The app will not let you sign in with your password, password reset button in the initial email does not work. Most of the Amazon reviews for this app are bad with most people saying it is difficult to cancel your subscription.

Don't waste your time! I joined this screening application to enjoy more black movies. I can login in, plus haven't been able to get tech support in 2 days. I don't understand companies that don't have customer service numbers. Just want them to cancel my subscription.

Allblk does not have a customer service department that will actively engage with its customers. Although, I do appreciate seeing media content of people who look like me. I bought an annual subscription with allblk in December, and when I login to the website my password does not work. I asked for a password reset following the instructions on the screen, but I do not receive the reset emails. And before you ask, yes I looked in my SPAM and my PROMOTIONS inboxes. I requested a password reset yesterday six times and I emailed the support contact twice. I received the emails from the support contact with my ticket (So my email does work), but I have yet to receive a password reset!!!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

APP FREEZES AND DOESN'T RESPOND, after reading other reviews I will not be subscribing bc as most have stated it's hard to unsubscribe and keeps charging their acct. I found alot of shows I like to watch but will not subscribe until all that was said is corrected.

Good thing I'm only trying it for a few days but yes the movies and series with multiple shows is lagging I'm actually experiencing static on my end so I don't know if it's their end or my end but it's irritating to watch

The App would be great if it worked. There are really good movies. However you can't pause or rewind anything. The App keeps kicking you out so, you can't watch anything fully. Then when you add things to your watch list nothing saves. Please fix this App kind of sad it was mad to help promote black movies and shows yet it doesn't work and you're trying to charge people 😕.

Not satisfied with user interface. On the app, it does not automatically play the next episode. Also, there is no continue watching feature. I have to browse through my favorites or recently watched list to find where I left off. The app does not sync across different platforms (i.e. Roku, PlayStore, Fire TV) like other streaming apps. I like the concept and content, but since the mobile experience is mediocre at best, I will be canceling until updates are made.

Some are having app crashing issues like I did at first on my Samsung 9. I rebooted my phone (corrected the problem), paid for a subscription and installed the app on my big screen Roku. Absolutely some of the best movies and series recordings I have seen yet. It's exactly what I have been looking for in black entertainment but could not find until now. No regrets so far.

So I downloaded this app yesterday and had no trouble logging in on my phone. I also downloaded the app to one of my Roku tvs and also had no trouble logging in. I have been able to watch one show (12 episodes) and now beginning my next series. My only dislike(s)/complaint(s) thus far are 1) the site loads extremely slow and even caused my TV to restart and 2) I noticed the words playing and character lips were not in sync for about a minute.

Plays fine on my phone but I need to be able to cast on my TV at home. How else can I be expected to binge all night and all weekend? When I cast, the app connects to my TV and I get the intro screen, but nothing plays. It's just the screen. So I have to watch something else. I really don't want to cancel, but I need this app to be fully functional. Please fix this bug!!

The app keeps cutting off every 30 minutes or so on my firestick in the middle of watching movies. Then the app on my phone won't load. I contacted UMC and they tried to tell my operating system was new enough, I have a Note 10+ and to uninstall and reinstall the app. Tried that twice STILL DOESN'T WORK. Tried that method on the firestick, still shuts off. I really wanted to watch some of the things on this app. I'll be canceling. It's crazy how they blame it on the devices, no other apps have

Wow. Don't get this app through Google play. Get through Amazon subscription. You cant cancel on Google play and its more expensive on here. I received the same email about cancellation every one else is referring to it came out of nowhere because I was still within the 7 days free trial. I was still able to watch the shows on the app though which was weird.

I wanted to do the 7 day free trial to see if I would like it. First off you required me to put in two forms of payment just in case one doesn't go through, that's fine no biggie but when I subscribe to start watching movies it leads me back to the monthly or yearly subscription. When I press continue all I can end playing are the trailers! I haven't even been subscribed for a good two hours yet! Y'ALL gotta fix that!

I just got the subscription and watched 3 episodes so far of a TV show. One horrible thing is it does not start the nest episode. U have to constantly pull app up to start next episode. Second major thing is it's constantly buffering. None stop. A 30 min episode is taking about an hr to watch. I been trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but I am already wanting to cancel my subscription. This is very annoying app to use right now.

I love the variety of great shows and movies on this app. There's a plethora of great entertainment that showcases and highlights many different black talents.

Certain shows on the app are not allowing me the ability to watch. I was kicked off the app twice and had to log back in twice.

The shows were good but I became bored because of lack of content. Have been trying to unsubscribe for months! If you don't want the headache run from this app! It's not worth it😠

Do NOT Sign Up! I have not watched one thing on this app yet. However, they make the sign up process easy yet the cancellation process is extremely difficult. YOU CANNOT cancel via the app. You must go online to the website and if you get through Google Play you must go there to cancel. I have quite a few apps because I cut the cable cord 3 years ago and I have NEVER had so much trouble cancelling an app.

I love the app the only thing that I would say even remotely bad is the original seasons like Lace doesn't carry enough episodes you lock me in on it then it never continues. 6 episodes is not a full season. Please at least complete the season

This show is so on point! There is a lot of action with twist an turns from some of the characters that keeps me on edge! I'm loving it! Tyler Perry I still love your shows an movies but you have some competition with this writer! ❤

I enjoy seeing a plethora of black actors, actress when watching shows and movie on the app. Some are familiar faces others aren't. I love it!

No binge watching. I've found lots of shows I like on this app, however, there is no autoplay option Unlike other apps like Hulu, Netflix or even YouTube, this app does not permit autoplay of any series. Autoplay is extremely helpful when I find a series I likewhich makes me inclined to keep the app or stay on it vs going to another app to find something to watch
