Terrible experience. I cannot login without my account number. I can't find my account number on my printed statements, in any emails, or on my card. I believe it might be on the original documentation when I opened my account several years ago, which is god-knows-where. For this reason I have not been able to log on to their website or this app for the last year-and-a-half. Useless.
Great, straightforward app overall. Biometric login support is great, and I love being able to transfer funds and pay my loan so easily. Unfortunately, mobile deposit stopped working recently. App freezes when I try to capture the back of the check and uninstall/reinstall doesn't resolve this.
App doesn't allow for external transfers (i.e. how you actually pay!). I'm also upset there's no option to automatically pay full statement balance anywhere at all (which would make the first issue irrelevant), instead the only automated option has you guess a random amount!!!
My sentiment towards this bank, and this app, have not changed. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Still not able to link bank accounts to make online payments through external account. The wait times on hold to speak with a rep are hours long sometimes. I've had multiple reps provide incorrect information. I can't wait for this loan to be fulfilled so I can leave this bank forever. I would gladly pay a higher interest rate for a slightly better experience. 0 out of 5 stars
app is no longer working with last Android update. opens but using password & finger recognizition will not unlock the app to see accounts. love the app normally as website is difficult to navigate. only thing to make it better would be being able to schedule transfers in the app.
This is practically useless if you use an Android. It keeps crashing and locking me out. I've been a umcu member for over a year and I've had several bad experiences with this app, in that time. Even at the Credit union when I was creating the account, it was having issues. My banker had to bring in an elder Banker to try and resolve the issue but had no luck. I sit here today, unable to manage my finances because of these issues. I would write more, but I have run out of room.
This has got to be the most useless app ever created. When I went to update my account over 3 days ago, I haven't been able to login since. When I call, the line is always busy. I have been a member for over five years. Thank GOD I did not transfer over my business acct. Going 3 days without being able to access your business acct would be a disaster.
Won't let me log in using note 10. Seems like a long standing problem, and app hasn't been updated since last September. Mobile banking is critical for most people these days and on, so this is an actual deal breaker for me. Edited: fixed login. Reset your pw in website and then try again.
The money transfer feature works great. The check depositing feature has rarely works for me. Although I tried uploading the image of the back of the check with a signature several times, I get notified that the check is not endorsed.
Since their launch of the "new and improved website and app", I cannot gain access to any of my accounts online. In addition, they have insufficient customer service workers answering the " higher than normal call volume due to the new website and app problems". To top it off, they won't allow you into the building to get your money. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!!
I love this app, but since the new android update I can not use it. juat gives me a flashing screen to reatart phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have tirned my phone off and still doesn't work. please fix.
New update keeps saying my password is incorrect. I click "forgot password," and I put in last 4 SSN and account number and it says I don't have an account. I login via computer and my user name doesn't have the correct picture. So I don't know what's going on right now.
Options to use Samsung pay or Google pay are broken. Before a launch of a new card set, one would assume that a large financial institution such as UMCU would have vetted the process. 2 large digital failures in a row from this institution. Highly unacceptable.
I was having issues with the "USERPASS LOCKOUT" message and I thought it was a bug. Turns out I was actually locked out of the app haha.
Stupid app...been trying for years to login...installing and uninstalling...keeps saying "userpass lockput" despite no login issues online. Howz it that UM boasts one of the best CS programs and yet UMCU can't get anyone from within the campus to get a working mobile app??
Everyone I have experience with is very friendly, and very professional! Thank you! If I have any problems they are solve right away.
Can't use mobile app after their supposed upgrade and there are 30 people ahead of me on the phone help line when I try to call to troubleshoot. Not ready for prime time.
App doesn't open on pixel 3. had an iphone prior to this but never had this issue. its been 2 mo tjs and this problem is still there. is Google at trying least addressing this issue?
After the new update, the app keeps crashing and I have to go through the main website over and over again. Very inconvenient.
Same thing as others said. The app used to work, but now just flashes and won't open. I had to uninstall it after several attempts to restart.
Newest UMCU update broke Intuit Mint integration. Can't connect my auto loan and savings accounts, was able to do it before.
I love this online banking app. It is very usre friendly even for an old lady like me! It saves me so many trips to the Credit Union!😊❤
Terrible. App doesn't work now I can't login even after redownloading. Has minimal perks even when operating!

Why doesn't this app have face ID for app unlock? Since I'm a pixel 4 XL user, I've to type in my app password Everytime I've to login into the app. Developer's please look into it, rest the app is glitch free always.

Yall keep doing maintenance at the most inconvenient times. Why do maintenance in the middle of the day when it could be done when everyone is sleeping? I can't even access funds I need right now because of this, and it happens way too often

Up until the most recent Android update (which has rendered the app unusable with a flashing screen and pop up request to reboot) the app was great. I especially appreciated the fingerprint login and quick access to view balances and transactions and make fast deposits. Please fix the app to work with recent Android update!!!
