Good application only problem for me while checking statements it shows blank blur page, tried uninstall and reinstall nothing changed. Pls help us.

App is too slow. Installed and uninstalled after like a minute of using it.

Kindly, allow us to check out for the last five tokens. Not one token.

Unfortunately 50% of the time, fault reports fail so send. Reminders never get sent even tho notification alerts are on. The 8nfo 8s rarely up to date. Also lately I keep getting a notice that the app has crashed and it happens every 10 minutes. Even with notification push off the app continuously crashes. Get a new app developer please.

At first it this app was cool, I could view all my previous yaka bills, but after update, I can only view the current bill. I cant have a copy of all the previous Bill's. Please correct this we are now in a dotcom world where we need to keep documents electronically.

This app is useless, no difference with mobile money as per processing, ts too tiresome . I thought that if I get delay of the token number and I have received the transaction 🆔 after payment regardless of what line, I can be in position of getting it online very quickly which is not the case here .so please work on this issue to save us from being stressed up over token numbers thanks.

App is good. Helps to avoid long queues for voice calls. Am pleased with the way customer service representativs attend to queries reported in the app. However,the vails less than expected. App doesn't show my yaka balance You have to key in account details each time I chat with them. This is nagging as my profile is already stored on the app.

Abnormal app right from before downloading it. First the video can not play for demonstration. Wherever they are from, they are disaster just. You can download it for the sake of having the app on your phone anyway but not for it's actual purpose. You may wait for heaven to break down before assistance. I've actual wasted my 1 rating, they deserve any value less than 0.

5 star to 3 star app only because the statement feature (an important feature) has stopped working after an update.

Sometimes it just doesn't work. Like when i want to view my bill, am told to check my internet connection or account number. Even when both are ok, it keeps displaying the same message.

It's always good to put up an app when it's ready to function and serve the purpose. We as clients want service in time. Imagine more than an hour now still waiting for the token number........ put down the app and upload it when its good to go........ we shall bear with it instead of having apps which dont function atall.

Hello The last times of this app it could show the last four bought unit tokens but now when you really buy and the network fails.The token number doesn't come so if you re.buy again only shows the second token and it doesn't shows the first one.why that way. So let it be like da last days wen it showned us four last bought units.Please look up in that.thanks

If there was an option to give no star, I certainly would opt for it. The app is now totally useless, one can't access yaka tokens, or info about planned and ongoing shutdowns.

If it was possible, a negative would work. Very slow responses to messages. And they keep on telling you that your issue is to be worked on. Worst app ever. This useless app. Not worth downloading.

Very useless app, can't retrieve any tokens. umeme systems keep crashing cause they are not upgraded to handle the traffic. Electricity units are very expensive and we get these hopeless services. Uganda is full of thugs, if only we had another option other than umeme. Hopeless just

It is a completely pointless to download this app, it doesn't work, is unresponsive and does the same thing as mobile money, but slower.. would give it zero⭐ stars if it was a thing

Do not even waste ur time downloading this app, if there was a negative star I would give this app, I hope you guys get a competitor that's when you can improve but now having all the Monopoly u do whatever u want. Even ur help lines where taken off and yet u say that in case we need help we should call. Poor poor poor service, only brokers to assist 🥺🥺😠

What happened to the App. U can't access anything customer related token, payments,..... Is meant to serve umeme or customers. Please guide us we uninstall we do the rudementary stress again.

The app is good but why do you make it to show more than one yaka details for the last paid yaka.

Why is the read statement part of the app not working since last update

App is very useless!! It doesn't give you an alternative to quick payment!! It even frustrates , check the startimes app and see how payments are made easy

Poor service. I didn't see any use of downloading it. I mean i still cannot get my token number after MTN mobile money had a technical problem.They couldn't send me my token yet they received my payment and they advised me to try this app. Useless!

It is a good app, the only challenge is that it only gives the last/current token. Developer, kindly give an allowance for viewing at least the last 05 tokens

The app was very ok at first but now it doesn't serve its purpose, it used to display last 5 transactions but now we can't access the last token bought. The app needs to be updated to benefit customers

Hello, Your latest update has made the whole app unusable, I constantly get "..Check you internet settings" when I try using it. Before the update it was working fine! Please fix it.
