Registration complete. Last 3 days , I am unable to "LOGIN". Always displays nothing but a new page in displayed for "LOGIN". I have continued the process 100 times but no result has been achieved. I have a home internet connection through optical fiber and using the "Google Chrome" browser. I am EX. S. System Analyst (EDP)/Chittaranjan Locomotive Works. Please help.
Pathetic experience! Can't even upload a single jpg document. After multiple attempts of typing the same username and password, got logged in using the same password. Also, why is the captcha put on auto-mode. There's clearly a lot of bugs in here.
Registration completed successfully,but not able to initiate next process. Online enquiry posted, returns with 405 error. Work on glitches,and improve the app. Can launch a toll free number for addressing queries,as data posted is not comprehensive.
I'm disappointed. First of all its a junk. Reasons: 1. Application is not responsible at all 2. Not only Application,in website,if I clicked on helpDesk->contactUs its redirect to the end of the website and again I clicked on helpDesk it redirect to the top of the website.No contact pages. 3. Update employee's family members details.In application update portal,Every member,has its own form to update details,but when comes to update documents,there are no form spaces for update those documents
Really very pathetic application i ever seen... Even tester of this app have not tested what link the application is pointing too. The URL is not secure its http url where application is pointed and every time i open the application its show webpage not available. How this company release the application on play store without having one round of testing. Please rectify as soon as possible.
This app is not made by CRIS, and has been developed by some individual it seems. It clearly uses webview to redirect users to sepcific url. Its not worth if you can do the same in the website itself. The meaning of an application is not clear in this perspective to the creator it seems. Waste of data.
Cant even open the app. From desktop was not even able to get a email id to contact to report an error. So downloaded the app. And found cant even open the app. Why maintain an app if its this useless
Shucks!!! Dear developer, guess you havent tested this app before rolling out onto playstore. hell lot of problems, not able to open the app at all. Let me know who I need to escalate this up the food chain. Disappointed
Always gives error "Services to your Service status is not enabled, so you are not allowed to access the portal", these govt portals never disappoint, it works as pathetic as possible..!! I have no hopes with these guys that they are going to fix this problem..!!
I tried many times for registration.But showing message every time "Invalid data".But my data as P.F. No.,PAN No. and my DOB is accurate.Even App also not working which I installed from Google play store.It shows error..
Useless App. While login captcha is not getting accepted and once you login documents are also not getting uploaded even after converting the same in jpg less than 2MB.
Dear, Admin UMID -Indian Railways App maker Team, Some error presant in this app, didn't catch capcha code. finally not login with true USER ID & PASSWORD, and looking same heading text overlap display with other heading text. ( I notice that, "E" alphabet in built present on Capcha box). but web version is worked well.
Hi team, please fix the web page not found problem. Each time I open the app it got stuck with the message web page not found. Earlier it was doing well thats why i am giving 3 stars definitely will give 5 star as You fix the problem. thanks..

It is disappointing. The website is not available most of the time. Even when available, it would not stay until you complete browsing/useing.

If the pics are not uploaded properly, call up or send a message or mail to the employee. Rejecting multiple times is not a solution. So please update them 🙏 how to do the affix

recover password option is not working. after verify otp it ask me to save new password and confirm password. and after that where we have to submit that only occuring to me again and again. please look towards this problem
As if this app is programmed to display only one message "Invalid details. Please try again". Why has it been launched even without testing? To waste our time!?

This app is not at all user friendly. while trying to login the to the app, we are entering the captcha correctly but showing invalid captcha. can this be fixed?
It covers every quarry regarding your self eventhough you retired easy to fill up the form except scanning the documents for which cyber cafe help required.. If list of hospitals of each great India state wise given, it will help the retired person

I think it's high time Google frequently review the apps in its play store before their credibility gets marred by lousy crappy apps like this. Though intention is good, the app developer has failed miserably in ensuring basics.
Idea is wonderful, but app is horrible, as captcha fed by virtual keyboard is differing from what actually typed, finally leading to no access to the app. The same problem persists on website, if done through smartphone. Further on the app, one has to feed captcha but unable to see what is being typed. Administrator kindly rectify to make your hard work and efforts succeed in fast digitalization.
