Initially thought the app didn't work. But then realized the internet or the entire Umpqua system was temporarily down. The app works as intended and I can now deposit checks simply by taking a photo.
So my problem I reported 3 months ago still isnt fixed. It's starting to get annoying, even more so with the COVID stuff. My problem is the login or sign in button when you open the app doesn't work so I can't talk to my local banker. I would really love to see this fixed
Can never get the app to allow me to log in. The app opens but tapping the link does nothing. I've also tried reinstalling the app and have the most recent version for Android.
Worked fine for years left my credit card info out for a few months then back? Then an android icon where it used to be in my phone ? Still said umpqua but no logo.app crashed or lost in phone have no idea i didnt unistall it it was still labeled in my apps ?
Kicks me to authentication page every time I try to log in. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly.I keep coming back to reviews to see if its been resolved and see the same robotic answer." We want to learn more" do you? Read your reviews. This problem has been going on for awhile and since closing multiple branches and selling company nothing has changed. Months now. Customer service has suffered as well. Being forced to call 800 number it is common to wait 30 min. 👎👎👎
horrible app, the layout is bad the loading is bad on personal wifi. When trying to login the internal browser takes for ever, and all I need to do is get ahold of the loan dept. 2 stars until immproved.
unable to access the site after downloading the app to my phone. It just keeps looping back to the login. Ive uninstalled and waited a day and tried again but same issue with not getting past login. It just isnt working.
I never ended up using this app, I downloaded and got around to using this app it tried to charge my card the min I put my info in. So I just uninstalled. Hopefully they work out the bugs on the app and if I need it in the future and it's an updated version I'll give it a go.
Horrible app. My banker doesn't respond and it's constantly logging me out every time I close the app. (Which it didn't do in the beginning)
This app broken? I got a mess from it on my screen, so I tried opening the app and it just kicks me to a browser page with an authorization line in the url? I've tried uninstall/reinstall nothing changed.....?
Does not seem like a real app, it just sends you out to your default browser. In my case I get stuck in a never-ending cycle of verification and it never opens.
Waste of time. Try to log in and app requires a security code that is texted. Go to messages to get code and app closes. A circle of nothing. Total waste of time. I've now deleted it.
Difficulty logging in after some earlier (likely user) errors. My login information loads correctly, but the "Log in" button is faded and won't allow me to click it.
Excellent app for staying in touch with your banker for quick questions. After the last update it refuses to open and insists my device is rooted (it's not)..
Love Love this app. The bankers are always available & you can get your banking question's answered right away just as it says "Umqua on the Go" I've had such good experience with Jennifer Dunn & Rhonda sorry don't know her last name, but they are so experienced which means they can take care of your questions in a timely manner, Best Bank Ever! Been with them for over 26 yrs when they were "Sterling Bank" Thank you for the Good Service! 🌹
It sucks it will litterly kick u off and won't accept ur password, and u can't update it if the phone number isn't updated by ur local branch, so u can't update ur password. All in all its a terrible app.
I am trying to login and I takes me to the authentication page and the moment I touch the password to type it in it takes me back to the log in/sign up screen. Trying to ask questions but I can't even log in.
Any bank that cannot go above and beyond in rhe must of a natural disaster to help their customers get transactions completed because of app failure. Is no longer a BAnK I will continue to do business with! Worst experience with a bank in my entire life.. Good bye umpqua bank.. this .is my 4th attempt to post this negative comment. I have saved then all. Wondering ouf this time they'll let this go through
This bank SUCKS! The customer service will help you so much you'll get your account closed on you. For no good reason. This app works, is helpful, and if we're lucky other banks that don't suck will do the same thing.
easy as pie and if it's store bought, that's pretty dang easy, and i like way when it comes to my finances, especially accessing my monthly statement, balances and my history. this has always been an institution after my own heart, and having mobile 24hr 7day access has saved me a lot of hassle on many occasions. try the to-go app by umpqua too! if you love their personal service in branch, you will LOVE to-go! and the best part, you CHOOSE your banker, and they've got your back!
I tried to set up account. Instead of going to Umpqua go to, I'm directed away to website out of Umpqua to profile.email. not what I want! I had to uninstall Umpqua go to. Real drag!
Good app but it should be integrated into the regular online banking app. Having two apps is annoying.
Thank you so much for this app. All it needs is to show purchaces faster, and how much you have in your bank. So you dont overdraw when you think you have money that you really dont. My only suggestion.
Uninstalled the app because when I tried to use it it sent me a code that wasn't valid. I tried a couple times and got the same code.
Broken app. When clicking "Log In or Sign Up" it takes me to my external browser with a broken link. Useless.
This is excellent. Now I can check things off my mental-checklist and my banker is available to me no matter the time or day. Phillip in La Grande is a great resource!
It makes things easier, but it can't replace face-face visits with my friends at the Lewiston, ID branch
Love having open communication with my personal back easy and efficiently from my phone.
The first try I am a little slow but calm but one thing about the bank is the way they ask to give out our infor is to dangerous for customers especially tellers machine no one should give or even answer all the information like that they must have the chip to be installed and we just download the app to verify with the chip that is the only safe to encounter the next level of the account. I feel very pressure in live and phone but find the truth more important than money anyway my heart fast
Too difficult to sign in or use, may be broken. The first time I used it, would not allow me to paste a very complicated password from a password protection app to create an account, which meant I had to write the password down and painstakingly tap it in. When I tried to use it a second time and tapped the button that said "login or sign up" it took me to an internet search results page for the terms "login or sign up".
