Unbill: Bill Pay & Tracking

Love how this looks. I miss the free options of Prism, but it was a little clunkier with some options I didn't need. This is simple, to the point and makes simple sense

ive been using this app for almost 5 years with no problems. everything gets paid on time. however, now i cant even get my app to open to view my bills. please get this fixed immediately

I've paid 2 bills already and it took less than 2 days! Very happy with this app. Only thing I would add is an option to pay a different amount

Doesn't let me login. It just says I'm not apart of a roommate group anymore and takes me back to the login screen.

Can't pay any payee except the ones contract with unbill.

Making me pay a fee to pay with my checking account is wrong. I could understand a debit, credit card, or "expedient payment" fee I could understand. Uninstalling Edit: reply to developer -> let me know when paying via electronic check no longer has a fee and you can try to win my business over

So Dissatisfied! It has so much potential, but don't advertise that you are one app to manage all of your bills when you can't manage bills that you can't pay online. If there isn't an online account to link, then you still have to end up using some other method to manage it. Not to mention they fact that the app won't even open now and yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. It just sits there with a white screen and thinks.

Beautiful UI and intuitive, simple design makes for a great experience in the app. Makes it easy to manage and automate a myriad of online billers. I would give it 5 stars if it supported as many billers as its competition. Common banks such as Chase and BoA are missing due to "complicated" security settings. If the others have already figured it out, I'm certain it's not impossible. Slight UI inconvenience: there is no landscape mode for easy use with keyboard/tablets.

It has potential. Love the design and ease of app. However my biggest problem is that it can loan some of my accounts because it thinks my password or username is wrong. I know they are right. I also would like to manage my account without adding checking account info and have the option to put in bills manually.

It's not often I take the time to add a review but Unbill has been incredible. In short the app sets up all your bills so that you can see them all in one place. Payments default to auto payments but I'm not at a place where automatic payments work for me. You do have the option to remove automatic payments. I had neglected to switch one of my accounts and saw the pending transaction that I really couldn't afford and when I called customer service they were so incredibly helpful. They were able to reverse the charge resolving my issue immediately. I also reached out to them to inquire about a bill I couldn't add and they reached out to their technical team to try and expedite adding the account. By far the costumer service had exceeded my expectations. Having all my bills I'm one place helps me see what's coming so I can budget accordingly. I highly recommend Unbill.

I love the idea of this app. However after the latest update my bill changed from going out when it was due to going out the day I got the bill. Apparently when I called and spoke to a representative they didn't completely fix it. Which means I just paid my electric bill twice in less than 14 days and if I want a refund it will probably take a week at which time I would be paying it anyway. My budget for the pay period is ruined.

Unbill sent a payment of $107 twice within 30min of each other, causing my account to be overdrawn. I have tried the "text" option, called customer service, and tried contacting them on social media and no one has answered or attempted to get back to me. I've been trying to contact them for days, and the company that they sent the extra $107 to says they can't refund me. I won't be able to pay rent on time because of all of this. I've never been so screwed and left high and dry by an app in all my life.

This app is nice but it's lacking. Capital one verification doesn't work at all by the way. A lot of logins Will not work as well.

Don't bother. Takes too long to open, no app security to get in and always asking to authenticate bill. Plus other things.

Pretty cool app for those who forget about bills. Personally what i like about this app is the ability to link all my billers so I don't have to enter bills manually.

Keeps asking me for the same information day after day. 1 day my info is there, next I have to "tap here" to correct or update.

Just paid my first bill with Unbill and split it with my roommate. Slick and seamless. Support responds ridiculously fast and will fix issues with existing billers and add new ones on request. Thank you!

Use to love this but now it messes up all but one bill so it completely pointless to have.

It would be perfect if it stopped trying to force you to do automatic payments. You have to keep disabling this Everytime you add an account. Also would be nice to see balances on cards.

It has been very helpful. I am always forgetting and get late charges but this has been so helpful.

Paying bills is one less thing that I have to worry about.

Great interface. Finally a Bill Pay system I would use regularly.

Why is the Sprint logo on the loading screen if you can't even use it to pay your Sprint bill...? Also doesn't work w PayPal Credit

Bills don't have to be THAT stressful 😄😆

Paid an account with authorization, and then couldn't stop the payment.

Making this app free is the best decision ever.
