No auto-pause? I can't for the life of me find it in any of the settings. You'd think that with all the ads and attempts to get you to upgrade it would be a feature, like it is on my FREE health app that came preloaded on my phone. If I'm missing something, please let me know. Otherwise, back to my Samsung Health app... Too bad, because I like how interconnected this app seems to be, and the ease of entering food and other data. But, as I walk my dog as a "workout" daily, auto-pause is a necessity since she stops to smell the smells so often.

I really love the idea of this app, and I often love the execution. Often, though, the execution is problematic. I have the UA Band, Under Armour's native device, and I frequently have trouble syncing the data from the device into the app. I have to close the app and reopen, or turn Bluetooth off and back on, multiple times to get it to sync. Getting connected to friends has been a true pain, especially if they use Apple. There appears to be no integration with other UA apps like MapMyRun.

Was a great app, not working on Pixel3. Will re rate if it gets fixed Update: UA scale no longer syncs with my account. I've reset it at least a dozen times and I get an error on the scale after successfully connecting it to my phone and setting up my profile. After taking my measurements the scale reads "done", then about 15 seconds later another message pops up, reading ”failed to sync, try again"

Biggest decline in performance of any app I have used. From ideal to complete dysfunction. Integration with scale was functional, integration with other apps (Samsung) ...Underarmour, what broke, and why haven't you fixed it. uninstalled the app, as well as the paperweight that used to be called a scale. Brand had me hooked...but now, back to, well, any other fitness brand.

Bought the UA scale, but I have absolutely no control over the data. There's no way for me to export the data, or sync to external partners. So i'm left with a "smart" scale, but I need to manually enter my weight data in other apps like Google Fit, Strava, or even myfitnesspal. I wouldn't recommend this ecosystem to anyone. Almost every other smart scale option has sync options to all sorts of third parties. Not UA.

Over all decent. Would like to see an option to share weight with samsung health. I dropped the review from four stars to two stars due to the email that is provided for app support. The email does not go to an inbox that is readable by developers and directs you to seek other options. I'm further dropping this app to one star. After jumping through the second hoop to reach a developer, I get another generic non helpful automated response. Planning to move to a new service due to poor support.

App is useless and lacks support. You can link it to Samsung Health but nothing ever syncs. It doesn't update your steps, sleep, or activity no matter what you try. Support will just tell you to uninstall and reinstall the app. It does sync with MyFitnessPal but only because they're from the same developer. But what good is another app that just shows the calories from MFP? Pure garbage not worth the space on your phone.

This ap is terrible - it consistently won't sync with the wrist band and now also not with the scale. UA really missed on this one. Initially I really liked the simple interface - and I still do - but the thing has got to work - and it really doesn't. UA really should be able to do better. And where is version 3.5 for android? When will you start addressing the sync problems?

I love the idea of this app, however the execution seems rather poor. It crashes constantly, when I try to record my work out it stops/restarts halfway trough, if not earlier. Freezes and lags are also common. It's a pitty really, this app could be great. Uninstalling unfortunately. If you manage to fix your app in the future I would be happy to install it again and change my review accordingly

Very upset the smart scale will no longer work. We reset the scale and needed to sync with our new phones and now my scale will not even tell us our weight. It's completely useless. It wouldn't be so bad if just the smart features were no longer available but to not be able to simply weigh yourself anymore is unacceptable. spent an hour on the phone with customer support just to find out the scale and app is only compatible with older operating systems. Please make a fix!

Crashes!! UA please update the app. Constantly crashes. Great app up until last week. Update: been in constant contact with support re crashes. Cannot believe this has been going on for so long. Excellent app. Has been great up until this month. Support is horrible.

this has been a horrible experience. the app just wont connect to my scale. it keeps saying "device not ready." I've contacted HTC and they were no help in fixing the problem. The scale says connection confirmed but the app keeps saying it's not. whoever thought it would be a good thought to block functionality of a device behind a wall like that needs to be re-evaluated. like it's a scale so measure my wieght, do what your supposed to do without any need for anything else but BATTERIES.

Updates? It's been almost a year since you e provided an update for the app and the built in problem reporting doesnt even work. It doesnt count steps unless they were part of a workout, and the workouts dont even show on the trending pages. Plus it took me almost a year to get the thing to pull sleep from Samsung like it was supposed to but it only shows my new sleep and not my old data

doesn't sync at all with Samsung health, too many under armor apps that are basically the same thing just different colours, I mean come on pick one and stick with it. walk with dog map my run map my walk map whatever. does the same thing and account is not even shared between those. pointless. the only app that is worth having is myfitnesspal.

Horibble app. Won't sync with scale. Won't log into the correct account, can't delete an old account and can't even send an error report for any of the many issues I've faced. Not sure what the point of this app is besides a great way to raise your blood pressure.

I only need this app to sync data from Google Fit, because the silly designers of the app my workplace uses for their wellness program supports UA apps, but not Google Fit. So this should just be a simple bridge between the two. But a few months ago it just decided to stop syncing from Fit. I've cleared caches, uninstalled and reinstalled, unlinked it from my Google account and relinked, and it's just broken.
