This used to be fun. Too many updates ruined it. I have 5 accounts thar I spent years/money building but can't play them because they're on older Droid tablets running jellbean.
Update now i can even get into the game on my android like i have had these accounts for a long time and now i cant log into them i think im about to quit this game not fun anymore with all the bugs and freezes etc
I've been playing this game for years, it seems I always come back for more. That changed after this last server outage my character class was reset from assassin to enforcer, but only for clan battles. There's no way to reset it, and no way in the app to contact customer support, so I'm done playing. Thanks for all the good years, good luck on whatever issues you're struggling with.
My character was reset, I lost hundreds of hours of progress... and I was told by support that they are not going to do anything about it. The server outages are also very common. Don't download this game.
Hey! New update gives my Android a black screen.. it just goes black!! Help please
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS GAME! as a player who has played over 10 years have seen first hand how staff play the game and kinda virtual bully players to spend thinking they are being beat by other players like themselves and this is not the case it is Devs. Also the have now CHEATED THE JOBS COMPLETION SO MY 4K toon has to use 10 times more ENERGY FOR THE SAME 2% JOB COMPLETION THAT MY LEVEL 96 ACCOUNT GETS FOR 12 ENERGY!!! they have cheated it so LSI and super get less for using more. rigged AF
Very enjoyable game concept, severely marred by extremely laggy game play, the need to restart the game multiple times per day, the amount of features that don't work correctly and the extreme cash grab structure. As much money as we spend on this, you would think it would work better and offer more value in the items offered for sale. Disappointing.
If I could summarize this game with 1 word, it would be "Lag". You lag going through the menus, you lag doing jobs, battles, even getting into the app causes lag. I'm playing on Android version 10, and they know there's issues on this version of Android, but they refuse to fix it, and it's been going on for months.

These last 2 updates are horrible im not sure if ios is experiencing the same thing but the graphics are more cartoon and terrible... The screen response is a lot slower the plus the lag... Its sad I had to update jus to use the new features but I'm definitely switching back to the older version I'll just have to do without the new features... Im sure I speak for a lot when I say bring back the older version
After a few years of playing this game is still pretty fun i will admit it needs more events like a spotlighted boss or spotlighted mission or area but getting new leutinants is a major pain especiall some of the "uncommon" ones like hotwire you can only get her from the black market at level 90 if you miss it you wont get one from any of the crates
Played this game since 2016, and nothing has changed. Rolls to get better characters are still a joke. Players are bullies. War is stupidly one sided.
Crashes everytime i try to purchase favour points, and i havent been able to get in touch with their agents to rectify the issue. Other than that, a good game. Edit: I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars, as the issue has been rectified. I did need to contact support, but Stephen from their team sorted out my problem with very little hassle. Updated to five stars, as a recent update fixed this issue.
Having a bug where when I use WiFi to play the game it freezes and stops responding. If I use data it works perfect. I'm using an Lg G7thinq with android 9.0. Just picked up the game after not playing for 5 years, not sure how long I'll stick around if I have to keep toggling WiFi
Different from similar games. Still trying to get a feel for it.
Still waiting on an update to be able to run the game smoothly on android. Also a drop down menu to filter by Battle Rank would be handy. Once you hit the top tiers, finding anyone worth battling against becomes tiresome. Forever refreshing and coming up with low levels that are pointless. Feedback on this would be welcomed.
Now the game doesn't even work anymore!! Brand New Phone also. Google 4a 5g... Running on Google Fi Network also. Made with Unity pops up and then a black screen... That's it. Doesn't do anything. Sick and tired of this game for the lack in development to make sure this game runs like it should... it been like this forever now. 👎
The most recent Android update (10.3.4) no longer runs this game. The intro splash screen comes up then the app closes. Can no longer play. Will change my rating when this is fixed. Utter garbage support. The version of this game on Android is really terrible.
I use a Google Pixel 2XL. The app doesn't work fine at all. Huge lag at every step at each screen. The chat works poorly with me not being able to see what I am typing in. I had quite this game a few years back for the same reasons, with an iPhone back then. No improvement to the way this works in all of these years PS: I tagged a support ticket. #679535. Will post the resolution here
The update is awful, it lags to the extreme. The set up and font/size makes no sense and makes stuff even harder to accomplish. If the app is shutting down, let us know so i can uninstall!
Firstly 1 star off because I lost a toon and the only advice is to factory reset my phone. Another star off for it being so buggy since the latest Android update. Otherwise a great game. If you don't mind reloading every time your phone goes into standby or you open another app.
Needs a face lift. Fun game. Support is very slow. Still hasn't been optimized for the lastest Android update. Crashes all the time. It's been over eight months since the update.
worst customer support there is apparently you need to spend money to transfer accounts through devices which is abit of a money grabbing sceme when it's clearly linked to the email your messaging, it's not bad game but if you even need assistance you wont get anything helpful ( they have replied which is a lie as i have emails to say different and it says if I don't have the purchase receipts theres nothing you can do lol nice try)
the worst update ever...whenever I try to launch the apo, it asks update resourse?...if i select "yes"...it keeps on loading, and if I select "no"...the app crashes or opens only half...What should I do now??
