One of the best intenet banking apps in BD. Very user friendly app. Need more Facility like trf to & from bkash, nagad etc., Trf to other bank credit card

Wanted to delete a beneficiary and add it again. Whats the issue for activating an inactive beneficiary ??? But this apps does not allow it? 🤣

I am a regular user. I have not been able to use EFTN to other bank for last 3/4 months. But before, it could have been done very easily. The app hangs when I try to transfer. I tried reinstalling, but didn’t work. Thought the next update would fix this problem, but I don't see any signs of that either! Please fix the problem asap.

Non-responsive. Even you sign out, it always shows home page. Once you click, sign in option opens. Still need to sign in using password ,no option for passcode. The credit card portion, it doesn't show the total debt rather the availability of your credit limit which is unreasonable.

worst sign up system.. it said i couldn’t go ahead with the username i had, before i even put in any.. and then when i backed it off and tried to start it fresh again.. it said another sign up session happening with the same account number.. just wouldn't let me go forward.. even tried reinstalling.. never had this with anything before, ever.. ridiculous.. have a working app or no app at all ffs.. stop embarrassing yourselves and disappointing us..

I can't add beneficiary to other bank account. Beneficiary management is also very clumsy, you get on off buttons but they only work to turn off but not back on, there is no delete feature either. Who designed such illogical options in the app? Really worthless...

The app is full of bugs. I'm not being able to pay my credit card bill. The app shows a blank space when I try to choose "Own Credit Card" as the option. Such things have happened with other matters as well.

It doesn't have useful functionalities, and using this app is not intuitive. It's just a hot mess. To be honest the app is garbage. After you do a transaction it reflects in the app 3-4 days after. You gotta improve it. The only use of this app is to check the balance of your account/card, nothing more.

Facing problems to include other bank beneficiaries. Money transfer to MFS services are not included. Sometimes faced slow response. UI could be more attractive. Good thing is Biometric Login system.

I am totally disappointed for your password creation system. After same time system will notifie that change your password, but previously one time used password are not accepted twice time that is too much disgusting, as a person how many password are remembered. Other bank online banking password not change in many times. So take the matter seriously.

Very Useful and best app for every user

Crappy app. Used to work quite good but these days it doesn't even work. No matter what i try the app doesn't respond. not that i am using a old phone. This is happening in oneplus 6T. Also what the use of app if it doesn't work during emergency! Please fix the bugs!

There is a bug in EFTN history. When I search EFTN history, it does not show the exact time and date of the transaction and also the status of it. Should solve it. Thanks

Unet must allow us to make a cardless withdrawal from ATM booth like upay (উপায়)…!!! At present, the client can withdraw from ATM without using any Card with the Apps of various Banks like Cellfin, Citytouch, DBBL, Brac Bank and many other. Unless Unet do the same, the customers are likely to lose their interest in using this app.

User friendly and responsive but new beneficiary adding is troublesome. Hope UCBL Team will make it easier soon. Also add finger print log in option in next update. Thank you!

This are very useful app...very easy to use...bank is just in ur mobile..u can see every account details with balance.. term deposit..OD accounts balance..fund transfer..credit card bill pay..cheque book requisition...interest rate...just wow in this pandamic situation...really love it..love UCB

The UI is so old for 2022. Other banks have similar app but with great UI. Main issue is the landing page of the app.

Facility to tag prepaid card is not available while it should be as transferring fund will be much easier if it was available. It is fairly irritating. Pls take necessary step to implement it as it won't take significant afford.

I would consider the app as suitable one but can't, because of it’s password changing system, which doesn’t make sense to me. Password is not such a thing to change oftly and remember.
