• Apply for a new loan or track the status of an existing application.
• Securely deposit checks with a picture using Remote Check Deposit.
To access your UNFCU accounts on this app you must first enroll in Digital Banking at www.unfcu.org. You can then log in with the username and password that you create.

The least intuitive online and mobile banking system that I've ever used. Almost impossible to navigate. The more accounts you have with them, the trickier it is, because they don't seem to have figured out to properly reflect balances between the multiple accounts.
I am trying to add a recipient and for the final step it asks for a verification code. I've hit resend 10x but I still don't get anything from my phone. I know that verfication codes are working otherwise because I got one when signing in, but for some reason the one I need to add a recipient isn't sending me anything.
I'm having the same problem. App crashes when I activate the camera to make a mobile deposit. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times! VERY FRUSTRATING! I have 2 Samsung devices, tried it on both.
An overall decent app. Only gripe is there being no touch ID to login. And also, verification codes not coming via text (although this might be more any issue with the bank's system than the app). But otherwise its a good app
Tried a wire transfer to my overseas account. Worked up to the point of choosing the UNFCU account to transfer from. The select account menu has no item. Very frustrating
The app crashes while taking photo of a check to operate mobile deposit only affects Android. I did all troubleshooting possible and end up making my mobile deposit using an Iphone. Try it !

Very difficult to use from my phone. The app keeps rotating for several minutes before I am logged in.
This is not a real app, just a portal to their website. Still no improvements in the last 5 years.
UNFCU is great but the app is terrible. Your developers need to build a modern banking app that works consistently.
Can not make mobile deposits since last update. This is kind of a deal breaker when the app in question is for managing your bank account and there are no local branches nearby...

cannot run as it needs hardware encryption. how many retirees have such phone hardware. inappropriate.

Easy to navigate (very user-friendly) and no glitches.
Unable to download or view monthly statements. Error message and closes application.
Without finger print access it's no better than using my password manager, saves no time

Mobile Deposit stopped working. The app just shuts off when you try to take a picture via mobile deposit. It used to work. Like everything else with UNFCU, consistency is very hard to find. Unless of course you are talking about consistently being let down.
