Once again I'm unable to log into this piece of garbage app. Every time there is an update I have to re enter my username and password which I can never remember because I have to reset it every time this happens. This will be the reason I leave this bank!
App was basically functional before, only really displaying balance and recent transaction details. Since updating my phone to Android 10 it is unusable. It immediately crashes and generates a bug report upon opening. I have tried reinstalling and it still crashes over and over. Totally non-functional now.
ive had nothing but trouble with this app. when it does work it works well. But I've had too many issues that resulting me having to call the bank as I wasn't able to login in because they locked me out of the ap and this last round they "lost" my account all together. I'm very unhappy with this ap.
I wish it would load on my phone. Very disappointed in this app!
I opened my account in order to be able to do mobile deposits but you have to wait 90 days before you can apply for it. I am now signed up and submitted my first mobile deposit! I hope it doesn't take long to deposit in my account bc I need my money! I will update afterwards and tell you how it worked out for me. I am so excited about the extra features like fingerprint login, and instant balances!
I have never had any problems with this Bank like I had with the other things years ago I love you guys you are great keep up the good work and keep the good people you have working for you they are very polite nice and they take care of the customers like they should thank you very much have a nice day
Works well most of the time, however if you need to reset your password it takes resetting it multiple times before getting an email that comes to your inbox before the app times it out
it would be a five-star if you could see your balance before and after every transaction in other words saying I had $500 and I spent 25 on the 25th it would be better if it said $500 balance then subtract 25 then balance at 425
Worked one week. Now just a frozen screen when app opens, can't sign in, etc.
Never would save my passwords and never loaded correctly or showed my account as active.
Please update the app. Not working with Samsung S22 Ultra.
It won't open, keeps crashing it is just a blank white screen. ..
This app was working great. Up Intel now it want even work ,it want even let me go to the app any more
Takes days to show transactions sometimes. Still, a good app but my balance is rarely correct.
Pretty good app. Only thing bad is If You misspelled your password one time you have to go to the bank to set it back
Love the app, only thing is that if you use it alot it locks you out, which is a good thing!!
Was a great app at first but until about a month ago I can't even log in The app will now pop up then disappear and that's it
App keeps freezing and kicking you out and locking you out of access to your account.
The easiest banking app ever. Internal transfers are so convenient.
Its great when it works, unfortunatley mine DOESNT work more than it does work!
I like being able to see what deposits are going in. And I love being able to see what is coming out. And I don't have to leave house to make payments.
It worked very well for me before but now wont even load for me . I have no idea what changed or why. izzie
Worked great at first til recently..had to call bank and the deleted me and I reenrolled. Now works perfectly

Great banking app especially with phone backup if help is needed.
Its not bad when it works but it doesn't work most days out of the week.
Its stupid to have to up date so much now its just stuck wont update .wont let me access my account.uninstalled and it wont let me install
Update 4/12/22: After today's update, I can now open the app and log in. It works as it did before the previous update. Original March 2022: The app doesn't work after the recent update. When I open it, it freezes on a white screen. I have to force close it.
