Unicorn and Donuts App
Step 0
- Download and install the app. Thankfully, your phone will do that on its own so you don't actually contribute anything to this step. Enter your DSD account details (if you have em) and your location in the settings. If you don't have a DSD account, you still get free scans! Wow...the developer must be a really really nice guy to not monetize this like other evil apps out there :o!
Step 1
- Go to a local store...this could be intentional, or you may just happen to find yourself in the store with no prior knowledge of how you got there. Blame ghosts or aliens in such an instance.
Step 2
- Congratulations! You're at the store! Now whip out your phone, and as you walk past different items, scan them with this app. That's basically like taking a picture of the product, BUT
- you don't have to click! So it's even easier than taking a picture! And even better, you don't need to say 'cheese', 'geese', 'please', 'sneeze', 'freeze', or any other random eezarhymic words. (Yes, I just made up the word eezarhymic, it means words that rhyme with 'eeze', you are welcome webster-mirriam).
Step 3
- The App tells your glorious face if the product will be profitable. If yes, just grab the product and send it over to FBA (see DSD Genesis tutorial for this). Easy Money.
Step 4
- ADVANCED STUFF!!! Not really, it's pretty easy. If the app shows something profitable with a donut next to it -
- grab a few of those --
- it means they sell fast. Grab a baker's dozen of them (see the donut connection?).
If the app shows a Unicorn head next to it, then this is the stuff of dreams! Get the product for FBA, but also go to Genesis traditional training and see if you can't source it yourself to establish a beautiful monopoly yourself! :)
Step 5 -
- Thank the developer of this app. He's a really nice guy who works with a really nice team of coders.
Important Note: Unicorns are NOT nice creatures as opposed to the image they present thanks to the out of control Unicorn PR department.

The app is telling me to Join DSD because my Trial is over? ... My 1 year anniversary with DSD is on March 07,2015... Can you fix this issue before March 15, 2015 Please !!!

I make $250 - $300 a week with this app. I love it.
The mind boggles and is continuing to do so Hitesh. Last two hours I've scanned across umpteen genres from condiments to wi fi printers, to tough dog toys lol. All show potential. Some when you have Capital, and some when you only have pennies. I thank you and your team Hitesh sincerely, for moving the goalposts in favour of the little guy and gal! For me this app works well for my galaxy tab 3, but, I have 2 other android phones, and I cant seem to download the app there...would give 5 stars if I could download the app on all android devices...4 stars for now!
I don't know if I'm doing it correctly but I seem to be having issues scanning anything. Was excited to try it but ended up very disappointed.. I even inputted it myself but no results were ever found...please help...I know this app has huge potential.
Couldn't get it to work at first. Then sent support ticket with screen shot and received a quick response from support. Working great.
One star because it does not scan using my HTC one m8. However I know other dsd ers that use this app and they say it's great
This app is a total game changer for anyone looking to succeed with this online business. I can't say enough in this little box, but it's changed my way of life and shopping will never be the same. Scanner does not work because autofocus will not hold long enough to scan. Camera works with other apps.
