User experience has a long way to go. Developers chose to ignore all UX guidelines laid out by Google, and the result is horrible. Tiny light grey fonts on white background, weird navigation and app layout. I use the app as little as possible because it's just irritating to use. Please do a complete UI/UX redesign, and when you do, add a dark theme too. It"s 2022.
Push notifications don't contain any transaction details. This way they are simply useless. I always have to tap on the notification, then authorize to see where and how much I paid for example. Very annoying.
On the newish android 12 (on a Google Pixel 4a device) the UniCredit app crashes every time just after you open the app. So you have to reactivate it again. No problem you avtivate it again. After activation you start the app, you can take a glance at your balance and the app crashes. Oops UniCredit keeps stopping. You start the app again, and voila you have to reactivate again. So it goes on forever :-D. Not cool. Not f cool.
Push notifications are not working properly, since the last update, I just get a message about transactions but I cannot open the details. After I tap on the notification the app does some thinking (it takes it time with the loading), then I am back at the login screen. It is quite irritating, since - after several requests from both of us to remedy the problem - I still (would) get the unwanted notifications after my dads card as well. This way now I cannot even tell whose card has been used.
New standing orders can be created but current ones cannot be edited and not even deleted or cancelled. There is no warning about this. I ended up having 2 standing orders after I created a new one after I couldn't modify a current one. I thought that I could delete the wrong one but no. Date format is always UK or US (not sure which), even if the language is set to Hungarian. It is a mess. I was replied below that standing order can be deleted. First of all, why do you reply to everyone in Hungarian if the comments are in English?? Second, it is not true, it *cannot* be deleted or modified with 3.15..31.0 that is the latest for Android. Third, I was told to use the web app to ask for a callback, but actually the web app can only used with a Hungarian phone number (!) that I don't have. Fourth, I was told that I can call them as well. Well, yesterday I spent 30-40 minutes on the phone (international call) so that I can delete the standing orders that *could not* be deleted through the mobile app.
Often I can't log in to the app: I get "Error occured" after entering the PIN. This persists for hours at a time (with working Internet access). In practice this means I cannot use my cards for online purchases, as the app is now needed to confirm interactive 2FA prompts. At the very least, you should expose an error code or some debug details not just "Error occured"... EDIT: still getting this error intermittently but message has changed to "Network error".
Mostly useless app in my case. I'm using it only for new auth mechanism during online purchases. To become a real banking app it minimally should have such features like open/close accounts in different currencies, convert currencies in real-time, order/freeze/cancel plastic and virtual cards. Transactions also could be significantly simplified. Learn from Revolut, Monobank and Tinkoff apps how to make a cool banking application! But I have to mention - app itself is stable and works fine.
Overall good app, but it has a some serious bugs. The most annoying one is that incoming transfers are often duplicated in the transaction history. Would be good to have an overview of the securities accounts as well.
Its a very pleasant experience since the last update. I personally welcome the new spending categorization feature, I've been waiting for it a long time! There are 3 things I miss greatly however: 1. There is no option to break down a transaction into multiple categories. I might buy several things at once. This is included in the Internet Bank. 2. You cannot export the spending (csv would be nice) 3. There is no account statement available. Are you planning to include these in the future?
where is English version. Newer version is degrading to only magyar? Finally probelm solved. However, the app default Hungarian version can Not be changed at the begining. Only after successful pin set up and got access to account in magyar, then user is given English option. The developer obviously has not tested English version. The funny part is English user have to use Hungarian version initially for the verification and pin setup before using in English. Very counter-intutive and illogic...
I am no longer able to transfer money by scanning a yellow bill. The "tovább" button stays inactive even after filling in all the required fields. Update: I just figured out what the problem is: I did not select what account needs to be charged. The need to select a bank account is not at all obvious.
I used to like all the features, this app was so good! Currently, the purchase authorization always fails ("error occurred" or something, not really useful message), and I don't receive push messages when transactions happen! UPDATE: After reinstall (reactivation) it works again.
After the last upgrade,English version is not possible making the App useless for non hungarian users. Banking apps for reputed banks should support English language as well,as financial transactions are senstive in terminology.It was working well with English version before last upgrade. please fix this issue.
Is it possible to create screenshots in the app? I know it has sensitive data but I should be able to enable it.
Tons of communication errors and system downs. Can't pay back credit because the only not working button is just that. I can click whatever I'm not interested in. Long story short: 100% useless.
After reporting the missing biometric/face unlock support, it was added shortly! Great job!!
Is this a joke? I don't find it funny No, this is not only a technical issue. And no, it is not enough to tell us customers to go to unicredit.hu/support/wedontcare or call Customer Support! So many reviews tell you to allow for entry in English, but you don't care. We'll, we also don't care for staying customers.
It looks good, easy to use and has all the essential features! Improving with every update. Now the only thing I miss is NFC mobile payment!
Simple and easy to use. Includes latest features such as card less withdrawal. Great app.
Please add the possibility to download transfer receipts in PDF format. It's the only thing I have to use the website for and it is not very convenient. Thanks!
What's wrong with the Hungarian UniCredit app??? All others are available right away. And this one just pending....pending... sorry my bad..none of them works...
This app as well as new e-banking Web application does not have any option to order cash withdrawal of larger amounts. So in my case spectra net was better. This app is incomplete.
I'm not able to switch the language to English. Earlier I used the app in English language. But now its all in Hungarian. please help.

Pay yellow bills with QR code changed to a not working function. Tovább button is not active even if the account is selected. Customer care doesn't answer my email. This attitude not really admissible for a bank.
Some friends received new version of the app, for me it is still old one (but screenshot on play market seems to be new), when new version will be available for everyone?
3 stars, because altough the app is usable, there are some problems with it: * weird layout: unnecessary use of sliding card on account view, 'utalások' screen has redundant parts etc. * It keeps forgetting that I set up biometric authentication. * No formatting for IBAN number when entering them. * Even though I read my documents and messages the notification in the top right corner of the app shows unread items. * Notifications of this app are LAZY. They show up with a considerable delay.
