I have downloaded hot spots for country I'm in. It's still asking for internet connection to find hotspots, if I have internet connection then I don't need hotspots. App is completly useless

It does not work on nougat on Honor 8
App fails to activate my device with message "Server error..." and it crashes every time when downloading access point list for Greece. Totally useless.
