Extremely slow/unresponsive, especially when using 'peer schedules'. An option to switch the home page would be nice (ie. Having the schedule on the first page, instead of time-off requests). There is an option to have the schedule sent via email, but whether it works or not seems to depend on your management.

It's slow, just glitchy at times, could use a lot of work, the layout could be hell of a lot better, for some reason keeps all the request offs in the list even after the date of request and doesn't let you delete any of them. The peers schedule is really annoying with how jumpy it is and tabs have random people in wrong places. Seeing as it's the only schedule app I can use I'm stuck with it, it's unfortunate.

Meh. The responsiveness of this app is abysmal at best. I click a button and it takes 10 seconds or more to load the contents of said button. It looks outdated and could use a good refresh. It does work, that's why I gave 3 stars at least. But it isn't "great" and I'd absolutely love to see if freshened and updated to be faster and more responsive. All I can say is "It works, just not well. Like a car with the check engine light on. Never know if it's going to break down on you or not."

The keep me signed in feature is just there for looks, it never works. I don't even have a Time Clock feature on my app anywhere and there doesn't seem to be any troubleshooting techniques for my particular issue so I can't even clock in and out for work.

Since the last update it doesn't keep me logged into the app. Everytime I exit the app it logs me out not just happeningto me coworkers are having the same issue. It never did that before the update. Please fix. THANKS FOR THE UPDATE/SETTINGS SUGGESTION IT WORKED!!

Convenient. Never experienced any glitches or problems in the 4 years I've had to use it. You can see all your past schedules and hours worked, just wish that layout was better and you didn't have to go back and forth to view different pay periods, makes comparing harder.

So many ways this app can be improved. It almost seems like sometimes it wants to demoralize you. When you open the app the first page you see is to request off and every time you clock out it almost mockingly tells you how many hours until you have to work again. There isn't any way to change your starting page and you can't use your phone's back button. Try to make the app more friendly to the employees it's used by.

Cant use app to clock in/out, constantly tells me my phone does not have adequate GPS despite it having worked for the first 5-6 months I had this job. Other coworkers were able to fix, I have repeatedly logged out and back in, reinstalled the app, and ensure all permissions are given to the app. Still broken

I would give it a minus 3 stars, but this rating is unavailable. It is the worst application I ever used in my life. Unfortunately, I have to use it because my work schedule is in this application. I would love to delete this application and never use it again. Login problems, signing off unexpectedly, "password doesn't match records" although is the correct password that surpassingly works 10-12 hours later. Really bad application that I'm forced to use.

The program is good but has trouble keeping organized when it comes to updating schedules and sites. It's not very user friendly and can be confusing if you are not use to technology.

All I and many of my employees get is a blank white screen. We've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Some of the worst support techs I have had to deal with. I'd rather go to manual time clocks then deal with this app.

Good app over all a few weird things for me though. One was I could not log in to unifocus nor any other employees at the company I work with(has been fixed) and a big one is upon loading the app I believe it should pull up a calendar with the dates and times you work. Another thing is when more then one job code is added it should show the job code that starts the day and not the main job code you have. Other than that I love the app if these things get fixed I will rate it five stars.

The only issue I have experienced when using the app is the 'availabilty' part. Would be much easier to put what days and times you CAN work versus what you CAN'T.

It makes me login every time, and the keep me signed in doesn't work because I'll still have to sign again later, even after I setup biometric access. Please fix!

It's straightforward and reliable enough to use. Some weird UI snapping at times, but it does everything I need it to without issues.

Don't know what happened. But it no longer remembers your login. Very annoying to have to reenter everything every single time.

Great app. I would like you guys add the calendar syncing feature. Like sync directly to Google Calendar, Samsung Calendar, Outlook, etc.

Extremely helpful when checking my schedule but depends heavily on being updated by schedule master. Makes it easy to request time off specific to why you need a specific shift or day off too.

Fix your garbage app. Can't even stay signed in. System wide log outs. Grabage. Wish I didn't have to use this for work.

This app has been really great up until this point. For some odd reason it started freezing a lot, mainly on the "Peer Schedule" tab. Just hope this gets fixed soon.

Good stuff, I genuinely love how bare it is. Not being able to change the profile picture is amazing since I don't have temptation to put a meme as my profile photo. The bare minimum is here, it's a work app so there should be no personalization to complicate things. However, could we get a dark mode by chance?

I'm trying to log to the system it keeps bringing me to the wrong page. It won't let me put in my partner code but instead brings me to the wrong page. I've already tried Uninstaller and reinstalling. Need someone to contact me.

UniFocus is thoroughly organized, simple & convenient to use, & it provides an excellent way to stay connected with coworkers. Much appreciated!

Mostly a good app, just malfunctions alot with either sign in and outs or just overall wont open at times. Takes several tries to operate at times.

Works pretty well. Peer schedules is a nightmare tho and needs to be fixed. Otherwise useful app.

I was told this is how I get my work schedule. It will NOT let me log in. They were able to schedule me and this app said that my information doesn't exist in the system. I'm FRUSTRATED!
