7/2020:Problems all the time. The app wouldn't update edited info, it would be down and unusable, the account tools aren't easily accessible. 2/7/2022: the app is much more stable now, and I haven't had any problems with it in a while, and can figure out how to use most features from the menu.
I Have been trying to log in for the last two days. Can't do it, The app says it's because of my connection but I have 5g and everything else is fine. My other banking apps have no problems. There is a chat bar that is constantly in the way when I do get logged in that covers up what I am trying to look at. It's really easy to accidentally touch when you don't want to. Very annoying.
I really like how easy it is to pay other credit cards through my checking account. I link my other accounts and i can see my statements, pay bills, transfer money to other bank account with this one bank. I dont have to open all my cards to see which ones are due. I am happy so far i do give them a 5 star. One more thing chat with a banker at anytime of day or night 😀
Love the credit union but their app is unbelievably bad and amateurish. It can never retrieve my account information or always says missing info. Their website is just as bad. What's the point of having these when you literally can't do ANYTHING on them and still have to go in person?
Keeps telling me I have no internet connection when my modem/router is working fine and even after deleting and reinstalling I keep getting no connection message
I really dont like this app. Half the time I cant log in when my password is correct. The most annoying thing about it is the menu on the left side. You would think the menu needs to be clicked on to open. No!! The whole damn thing pops open on it own and takes up the whole screen. Then you end up accidentally clicking a page you didnt want to making banking impossible & annoying. Half the time when I am scrolling through my charges the menu pop up unannounced and I accidently log out. Worst App
Before the update I could use the app and it was flawless. Now when I login it keeps trying to connect but never does. I can uninstall then reinstall and it will work for a few seconds. Then back to glitching again. Issues are still present! It won't allow me to log on! I have uninstalled & installed several times along with restarting my phone. If I give zero stars!
Yes, they broke the app, and you would think they would have a roll back plan if it didn't work with the latest version of android. On top of that, they also removed the ability for the website to do e-deposits. Every time the IT department upgrades something it turns out to be a disaster, like when they changed e-pay providers.
This app is fine for most transactions but struggles with e-deposits. I've had many problems trying to deposit a check where the dollar amount may have an asterisk either before or after the amount or both (e.g. **$1.00**). The app is unable to read the amount and keeps telling me that the amount entered does not match what it detected. Forces me to either go into a branch or use an ATM to complete the deposit.
since the update, I also am unable to log in using the app. extremely inconvenient. also, I dont like that the app shows my payment instead of my balance. If someone stole my info and started using my account, I wouldn't know it till the end of the month when my due payment changes to reflect the balance I didn't add unless I constantly click each loan/card. Not a good idea in my opinion.
Easy to use app. It doesn't have a whole lot of extra features that other financial institutions use in their apps, but if you're looking for simplicity and reliability, this app is a great way to do your online banking with Unify. This is especially the case when phone wait times or number of calls to their centers are high.
Excellent app and credit institution, makes life easier for me.
Looking on the app and it doesn't say anything about sending money with zelle I have uninstalled and re-installed and nothing!...Can someone help with this I have an Android?!
The UNIFY app has been reliable, secure, and user friendly. And the People Pay function is a convenient SECURE way to send friends and family money. If I have any questions or run into any unknowns, the customer service has been easy to reach and stays on the phone with me from start to finish. ~Completely satisfied with Unify and the app. Cheers, Amy

You cannot see total payment set on e-pay on the app and cannot set up/edit payees. Now the app gets frozen and can't use. looks like the last upgrade was counterproductive, hope it's fixed soon. sorry to tell you that the issues still persist. The app opens and in a short period it goes blank and you cannot do anything....
Like the branches of Unify, this app leaves much to be desired. It hasn't improved much over the years.
Unable to set bio-security and open past transactions. Still slow to open website. Website still often unavailable mostly on weekends when it's necessary to transfer money. As I use this site often it has caused many problems when I travel. There is nothing convenient about this website.
Update 1/1/20: Subsequent updates have fixed the issue with edeposits. Upgraded from 1 to 4 starts. However, the LARGE PARAGRAPH OF TEXT COVERING THE PHOTO SCREEN when taking a picture of the back of a check now obscures the view of the check. Original review 12/25/18: The FORCED update is useless! Can't edeposit checks anymore! App keeps kicking me out in various stages in the middle of the process. Would give zero stars due to the update being forced (must update to use this POS).
Great feature when your on the go
yes I have been having issues with this app since the beginning of December. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time my phone has updated I rebooted my phone and I am not having any other problems with any of my other apps. I have called about this problem and they said they would get back with me two to three days it has been over a week now. I do all my online banking, e deposits , Etc. I hope that this problem can't get resolved
why is there not been a fix? this app has been broken and unresponsive for over a month now. bring us back to the old version something. I was able to re download the app ever time I wanted to login now it never works. update: After the app was "fixed" it still didn't work. I'm am finally redownloading it months later and hopefully it works now. I have been using the webpage since the app was useless.
Took forever to get set up with multiple calls to the bank. The customer service people were very helpful though. Transfers take way too long compared to Ally or Capital One. I wanted a local credit union to keep emrrgency savings in and wanted solid online banking options for social distancing. This ain't it.
Have been a member for 30+ yrs. Online banking since '94 and using this app since it's inception. Functions well, features and support are consistently being enhanced. eDeposit doesn't always work depending the type of check and how they are signed. If the signer is sloppy and marks into the routing info, the deposit will fail. This is not the apps fault. Forces me to visit my local branch and say Hi to the staff, not such a bad thing.
This app is broken. I've been trying for weeks to make electronic deposits of checks without success. Every single time, I can take a picture of the front of the check and instead of going where you take a picture of the back of the check it kicks you back out to the login page. Now I have to drive across town to the only branch in town to deposit this check.This needs to be fixed ASAP. Update: calling the helpline the developer posted was an utter, absolute, and complete waste of time.
