* Some features may not be available depending on your Unimed.

- Unimed Bauru (Cards starting with 0022)
- Unimed Itapetininga (Cards starting with 0132)
- Unimed Ribeirão Preto (Cards starting with 0008)
- Unimed Leste Paulista (Cards starting with 0111)
- Unimed Midwest Paulista (Cards starting with 0855)
- Unimed Jaú (Cards starting with 0340)

*** Make sure that the "WebView" app on Androids is up to date so that the white screen problem doesn't occur. The update can be performed by the Play Store.
