With Ucontrol you can control and view following services:1. Lock/Unlock Cards in real-time.2. Block/Unblock transaction channels (ATM Withdrawals, Internet Transactions, In Store Transactions, Foreign Transactions).3. Notifications for transactions.4. View Recent Transactions.5. View Expenses History in Tabular and Graphical Layout.6. Get alerts from the bank.
**Note**:1. Please update your Ucontrol application to the latest version for experiencing uninterrupted service. 2. If your card is registered after having some transactions in current month, then before updating your Payment Channel; you need to set your Available Limit accordingly as per your Available Account Balance which is displayed on home page of Ucontrol application. Otherwise you will get mentioned below error message while updating any Payment Channel : “The Card Limit you have entered is more than the available balance in your account. Please set your limit accordingly.”

Sorry, zero star is not possible. They don't add the points to account. It has been one year. The customer care, never know anything, our hold for every little thing and finally tell sorry, cannot solve it. The bank idiots tell call to rewards points team and vice a versa. This is what we can expect from a bank like this.
There is no option for monthly credit card bill payment. Without that option this app is like of no use. For bill payment if we have to go to the online website then why use u control or umobile. The only thing lack in both the applications.
Needs to improve a lot.. We can't pay credit card bill through this, you don't know how much due through this and services like blocking of card, auto debit from account also not available then what's the use of it...
Still not resolce issue after compland. Sir, whenever we are our app, we consider the update and no latest update is available on the play store. This problem is for at least 5 days, because of this we are not able to use our card, please do the problem as soon as possible. Correct
multiple otps are coming, while requesting for password reset and otp insertion page is not coming, it's just throwing error pop up. This is not new this bug is not fixed since launch of this app. If you can't fix it, better remove this app and enable this functionality in u mobile app , which is the only digital product from your bank which works. i am very disappointed while writing this feedback as i was an employee of this bank.
I am trying to open ucontrol app but it asks for latest update every time while there is no any updates available on play store.i also uninstalled and reinstalled this app but problem is still same. Due to this reason I am unable to use my card as I set daily limit of my card and I want to change it now. Plz rectify this issue.
Presently i.e. as on 06.01.2021, the app is not starting and message appears to update the app. Also after reinstalling the app from playstore, same message appears.i.e.of updating the app. Can you check what's wrong
There should be provision for. Other bills payment,. Through the app. I saw icici app, imobile, a one stop app for all. Like wise if modified, then this app can be an outstanding one
The app is really the worst. I tried opening it and it just showed to update even when there is nothing to update. I don't understand why bank don't fix these things and then they expect us to do banking from our homes. Really disappointed. Please fix the bugs.
I'm not able to set my credit card limit. Thought a good application but the interface is complicated and disgusting. Need improvement.
This App is not working for a long long time. we have complained again and again, but not working till now. No Latest Update Available on google play store. but App is showing for update !!!! This App is going down and down day after day
The quality of app is degrading year after year. After fresh installation it asks for updation. When tapping on retry/ update it goes all the back to play store installation page.
Already an existing user and whenever try to open the app, some or the other problem crops up. This time it is unable to open until latest software is updated. But there is no update. I want a statement of the credit card. What to do?
I tried many Union Bank Apps, and most of them don't work, they either face connectivity issue or OTP issue. This app is one of them, you have a worst service.
I inactive my credit card through this app. Now I want to use it and wants to make the status active but since last 8 days its asking for update. Even after updating it it says update it and not opening. Feeling helpless.
I am unable to generate username through forgot username. it is showing some technical error. saying that try after sometime or contact customer care. I'm trying this continuous 4 days. no one is receiving phone on customer care.
Technical Team, We are facing issue regarding update latest u control app vesion,but no updates avilable on play store from last 15 days, So that we are unable to use card for any single transaction. Plz update , how to fix above issue permanently or temperory ?
Few things must for improvement, expenses doesn't show credits or refunds. refunds is a must as we have to validate the claim of vendors. bill payment options not available. grievance redressal or customer support tab is not available in app.
Why I can't see transaction of credit card and usage in UBI net banking. I Am using standard chartered bank credit card too but it's so much friendly you must refer something from there... Thanks...
why are you people so unresponsive.I have complained atleast 6-7 times but all has been in vain.Everytime the message comes,technical error.I am not able to use my card as you guys have told me there is some limit set in this FALTU app.
For the past one week app showing update message while there is NO update available in play store, and there is no concerned app developer or authority is taking action to solve the problem, what's going on with U control app
U can only add rupay cards , why , means visa crads are not cards. Neither can be added in this app nor in the u mobile. Toll free number are always busy. In short this app is only for rupay cards if u have visa card then ap khud hi malik ho🤷
Worst app ever..I have downloaded latest version still it shows please updated leatest version as there is no latest version.. I fail to pay cc bill on last date.. As I would be charged for late payment...

It just shows please update. And even after updating it shows RETRY. The app doesn't open even if you reinstall or update

Kindly for the God sake. Fix all the bugs. This is the worst app available. Unable to open. always asks for upadate. But no such update available. Unable to pay credit card bill using Umobile also. Always shows error msg "plz try after some time". Amazon app stopped settleling bills to union bank credit card and displays error " Currently we r not proccesing bills for this bank" . And in some websites it directly says plz use another mode of payment because of low success rate of this bank card
