Describe my experience? Frustrating! 90% of the time when I try to log in to make a payment, my screen just spins. I get logged on okay but the app is useless as far as being a convenient way to make payments on my loan. The banks website isn't any better. Its like "yeah, we'll give you an auto loan but unless you have a bank acct at UBT, we'll make it really difficult for you to make a payment" Grrrrrr!!!!! Update: App still stinks. Screen just spins when I try to log in to the payment side.

Every time I try to make my car payment from the app, there's some new change. It's not very intuitive and when I want to get in, it can never connect. I have my car payment through this bank and this is the most frustrating system I've ever had to work with.

Is the app FDIC insured? No, the app is not, but the bank is. Lol. The app works fine the check scanning software is a bit dated but otherwise it does what it's supposed to.

I would say 50% of the time that I try to mobile deposit it won't work. I will retake and retake and retake the pictures and it will not deposit. I no longer live in Nebraska and I depend on being able to deposit via mobile app. I have tried multiple time today to deposit my paycheck and the app will not let me. So disappointed.

UBT always does an excellent job with everything so, I'm not surprised that this app is also excellent!

Smooth interface, easy to set up biometric logins, and does everything I need it to. Great bank, wonderful app!

This app used to be great but recent changes make the payments section move while in use. It has basically rendered use for making payments on a mobile phone, useless. I can't read what is coming due and what is scheduled for payment, nor can I set up a payment because the information moves continuously until it's off the page. There is no ability to freeze the movement so that the app can be used. The app is ruined!!!

Reliable,smooth, good interface

Told me to update to use app, no update available. It's pretty frustrating that I uninstalled the app and it's still telling me to update the app after I login to my account, and will not let me go forward in the app without updating. Overall, it's a fantastic app and has always been very useful. I even used the app earlier this morning just fine. Please fix this.

App won't function unless I update it. App won't let me update it because it's up to date. Not sure how to fix this except constantly reinstalling the app every time I want to check my balance. Once it loads it works great. Please fix this...

Overall super great user interface, very simple. My only gripe is that it will randomly reject a check I'm trying to deposit, even when I've done everything it asks and the photos are accepted. Not the end of the world, but frustrating after being spoiled bu the convenience of mobile deposits!

I don't know what changes have been made but leave much to be desired! Open app, takes forever to get to login screen. Enter info and clocks upwards of 30 seconds or more to actually get into account. Doesn't matter if on wifi or data either.

The downtime of this app is ridiculous. What is the point of having online banking if you can't use it at the times you need it most? UBT is the only financial account that I have this problem with. I'm on the road a lot so access from anywhere at anytime is a big benefit. I might just close my account at UBT to switch to a more reliable one.

Easy to run app and convenient

Great, easy to use and navigate banking app. Just as good as the big banks I use.

Since the last update I cannot navigate easy in the screens especially when I'm on my mobile device. Now for 2 days I haven't been able to get on the app either on my mobile or my desktop. Since the new updates the app run more smoothly and easy to get where I want to go. Thanks for the updates.

So far i think the app is easy to use and just great. I was wondering though if you guys don't plan on bringing the option of 'masking or hiding the visibility' of multiple accounts so that they are not visible on the accounts page i.e. having an option 'on and off' as to whether the holder of the accounts want them displayed on the screen or not?? That would be a welcomed development. 🤷‍♂️

Slow to load, haven't been able to login all week. Have had to re-enroll biometrics a number of times. When it works, it works best late at night, must be when usage is down. Does have some cool features, when you can get there.

Hate the update. Too many steps. Slow. My biggest issue, though....mobile deposit never works! I live over an hour from the nearest UBT. I'm going to have to go through the hassle of switching banks if I can't make deposits with the app.

This app is almost more user-friendly than the website! It's clear how to maneuver around, check balances, make transfers, do deposits, and find transactions. It's super easy to use and way handier than driving to the bank!

Do you know why there is no fingprint log in function for Android phone now?

I loved the old app! However, this new app that updated last year is extremely slow. I tried to enable the fast balance so it doesn't take so long but it didn't work. Ive been patient hoping they would do something to fix it but it's been quite some time and no changes have been made. Is there any way to get the old app back?

Long overdue upgrade. Thank you. It's a great app that could be better yet but much better that what it was. I was about to switch banks for a better online banking experience. This kept me around... ***UPDATE*** App was great but now I can't see my credit card account though the app like I could before. Now I have no idea how to pay it... Why can't y'all get with the program and have everything UBT on the same app? Why do I have to use a browser to do one thing the app to do another?

It's quite clear in I love the different colors for the different thing better being done such as receiving monies into each account is green and also that it's also declared that money has been received thank you so much for this wonderful and clear banking app. The unfortunate thing is moving my money around is, for me, quite difficult sometimes impossible. How in the world can you make it easier. Please try to make it easy. Thanks for listening and making a difference.

The app was fine. A recent change to the bill pay feature has rendered it horrible. It is now almost impossible to read as it does not fit on the phone screen. Please correct asap!

The app is fine but ever since the last update I have to wait and receive a text notification code every time I want to use the app. Why have a password if I have to re-verify who I am every single time? Please fix this problem. It is super annoying.

Love how friendly everyone is it feels like family. I also love how close they watch for scammers.
