Gives me an "unknown error" every time I try to log in... but after I close and restart the app and try a second time, it usually lets me in. (This will happen again an hour later if I try again) Actual bank related functions work well once I have access, but this bug is annoying.
Had this app for quite a while. Strongly recommend. Easy to use and if anything happens on your account that you didn't authorize you know within minutes.
It's all very convenient, and only knocked a star off because every so often the app takes forever to even load. But it has never been consistent enough of a problem to deter me from using it.
I absolutely love the app. It has enabled me to keep a better eye on my account . I have other bank accounts. With NONE of the features that this has. They are NOT as easy to use ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! UNION BANK
When i transfer money from one account to another it takes an hour or more to do so when i can go to the atm and do the same thing and its automaticlly in the other account. Also since the update now when i go to t leave the mobile site i can't it wont allow me to likw it used to i have hit another button just to get out of the site.
Use it all the time. The only issue I have is when you click on a check transaction it doesn't open very fast. But that's it. Otherwise it's very good.
I have to open and close the app twice before it'll actually log me on. Other than that it works ok. If they could fix it I'd change my rating.
Was working great till the update. Now i have to log in 3 different times before it will accept and let me see my balance. Do Not Like The Update!!! Would give 5 stars if it actually worked property. Like it did before the update.
Secure and easy to review accounts. Interface is a bit slow but intuitive.
It's a fabulous app. Really easy to use. So convenient. I like this app more every day. It makes me happy....think what I'm going to feel like next year!

Takes too long for mobile deposits to actually be added. Money due to the bank is immediate. Funny how that works

Easy to use, helpful with transfers to different accounts
Loan payment is supposed to occur within a week through the app. Two weeks later and payment still has not gone through. Was reassured multiple times on the phone that it would eventually go through and still has not. Something with the app is not working. The linked accounts and account info available is great, but if the payment part of the app doesn't work, it's almost useless.
