Redeem Union Points to get free products & services
mPoint allows you to redeem Union Points instantly at any store in India. Just generate an mPoint QR Code for the amount you want to redeem on the Union Rewardz app. Show it to the shopkeeper/cashier who will scan it on his smartphone using the mPoint Business app. This transaction takes place instantly: the amount is transferred into the shopkeeper’s bank account and your Points are redeemed against the product/service.
In case of insufficient point balance, you can pay the remaining amount using your debit/credit card to generate mPoint for the required value.
There is also a wide range of products & services that can be redeemed with Union Points through the product/service catalogue on this app.

Always taking more than one month to add rewards earned on credit card. Also not showing rewards earned by same customer on debit card. Its surprised no care of review as no reply

Very simple and easy application
Login issue complaint with customer support 30 days before but till now problem not solve very bad
The app is a waste of time and tries to attract the customer by giving cheap rewards showing them expansive. They don't know what to say when you do complaint, they just keep repeating the same lines over and over again. The program provides you 1 rupee when you do shopping or withdrawal of 400 ruppee that is way too absurd, even when you reach the specific points its just not get awarded. they found a way to force the customer using their bank and stall them by keep extending the time period.
Am not even able to register my card. On the site it shows wrong captcha every time even though you enter correct each time. And on app the loading goes on forever. The worst product from Union Bank and this has been for long time. And no updates or anything as if you have decided its a sinking ship.
Pathetic app.... Reward Points are updated so belatedly... Further if u order 2 items...on each item there is delivery charges... Which is ridiculous... And that too so high 120 and above delivery charges is too much... So if u order more than 1 item.. For every item they will charge 120 each
excellent and easy application
Why have you kept mobile recharge option in the app everytime I try to recharge it give error msg. Why the hell you created this option if you cannot properly maintain this app. I'm facing this problem since last 5-6 months or even more than that. Update the app so that same issue doesn't happens again.
Points are not updated in a periodic way
This app is really ridiculous. Even if I am trying to sign in after 4 days, with my correct user id and password, it shows 'password attempts over'. & when I try to change my password with the current one, then it doesn't let me to set my current password.

credit card reward point in corporation bank showing in credit card account and also auto redeemed on 31 mar of every year but this system is not in union bank of india
No option to recharge jio number. Products are overrated. Not an up-to-date app. Comparing to other apps, it is much left behind. Your may not be able to use your reward points as you wish. Badly need an update soon.
Not redeemable effectively. You cann't choose how much point you want to spend on a particular purchase. If the amount goes in fraction and u make remaining payment through card...it's says amount mismatch...can't make payment. Fix it.

Its d worst app ever... I am a Union Bank Customer for d last 10 years.. However, since d Union Rewardz have come into existence, till date not even once i have been able to login to this app.. n all my points are getting wasted.. The developer seriously need to look into the issue.. Why simply fool d people n waste their time when you cant give d required service???!!!! Better not to use this bank Credit/Debit card.. its just a waste..
The options provided for utilising your reward points are limited, for example there are only a few cities in the movie ticket booking list, it would be great if this app could collaborate with other booking apps which supports booking pan India basis.
Its good but provide points very late after the transaction done.It should be fast and immediate and Sometime it misses some transaction points and skip for next transaction means all points are not given. For me I faced my points for 4 Aug 15 sept. 17 Sept and more it skipped points.
The rewards are not updated since Jan 2021 ie after getting new debit card after expiry of earlier one . Regularly taking up with the concerned department by email since 3rd May 2021 nothing is done except apologies, greetings and taking more and more time . I think it this app. deserves Minus rating as regards corrections and solving the problems .

Waste app because the application is for giving reward points for usage of card, but there is no reward point updated then what is the purpose of the app just go to hell with the app.
very helpful app for rewarding
I m unable to login, reinstalled many times. When give the "dot" in login ID or click on saved id, login ID text got vanish. Please resolve the problem.
