It is good app. But the services not enough to add more features and more information technology immediately implement. Staff names are required and provide contacts emails and address easily contact and easily services using.

I thought this application will make change , but change in appearance only..very slow application each tab taking hell of time to load and open , Not able to see all the deposit accounts, I dont know why still UBI making people crazy ..I think no one will use this app for anything...

I was trying to submit an account opening form using this app. But in the form, it is mandatory to give the aadhar no that must be removed or at least optional as per supreme court judgement. Hence I left it until the bank updates the form accordingly.

Do not install this app. There is no use of it. I mean literally. I wanted to install this app for checking my transactions . And there is no option for that . This is an app that takes you to online sites which shows that it is currently unavailable.

I have four bank account with same mobile , unfortunately i can see only account in this app bank should think to provide facility to check and operate own multiple accounts with same bank and mobile number. Thanks

This is a worst i tried to login to get statement but it wasted my more than a hour but again and again its showing "Failed to verify otp'I wasted my money on sms also. Very bad app

no information in app is updated...every page showing error...please update the app with lattest feature & attachment...

Most of the links are landing to 404 not found. It is just a FAQ app with links that opens in browser No use of it

Contain only" sorry" .Shame for using this app. App builders please note that UNION BANK is One of the major bank of India. All tabs shows " sorry go to home Page " There is no Such Information in home Page . Misusing the money of custemers. Assumeട that the Viglence wing is not active.

this apps also not working in abroad very poor service of this bank customer care also lazy nor replying any email

Im use ubi salory account last 12 years .my brach 15 km away from my home.i want use online app( u moblile.selfie passbook) but not register my runnng mobile number and only cut sms charge..i lost average 40 to 50 Rs for only for resister mobile number there..but mot done.very poor services bank and also online.people good but bank service not good

I am very much disappointed with the Cash Deposit Machines installed by Bank. Those machines does not work about 99% of times I try to deposit cash in Evening or Night. The main reason behind this is the laziness of Cashier of Bank who send mostly everyone to deposit cash in Machines instead at Branch. I don't understand that why the hell they have installed the machines for customers if they are used for Branch Transactions only. Branch IFSC: UBINO551724. This is same in mostly all branches.

Very difficult to generate transection pin though givin last 6 digit of atm exp.date for Sr.Citizen/layman for making crystal clear as it is in ICICI.
