I have never had any issues with this app since I've had it. Very easy to use and get around.
Great app and easy to transfer funds, as well as mobile deposit saves us trips to the bank. However, VERY disappointed that I can't do bill pay through app. Still have to log into website
Transfering funds is now easier to complete and confirm. I no longer have to search for numbers and make notes as before. The search feature is limited with Android, but usable for short-time (current) tracking
App was awesome until mobile deposit was added. New feature I've been waiting for, won't work supposedly because it's a business account. Very disappointing
App is great when it actually works. Too often I log in and some basic function is suddenly unavailable with no error or explanation.
I Like the upgrade I wish you can make external transfers that would be a lot better, it allows more room of freedom for customers to pay Bill's and move there money around instead of driving all across town.
Great app with all the new updates its a lot easier to use for mortgage payments and deposits. I love it.
The app often doesn't have the same information or functionality as the website. Swing and a miss.

The mobile deposit is a great option for someone who cant make the bank on time and dislikes the overnight deposit.
Their needs to be an option to recover username. I got a new phone and i can no longer use this app.
It took 2 phone calls, but it works now.

The app worked well enough up until the point I upgraded my phone to the galaxy s22 ultra. Ever since then, the app has stopped working. I assume the app will be updated in time, but if this issue hasn't been brought up yet, I fthought I should mention it. The same issue is occurring on my wife's phone which is the same as mine. As I said before, the app was performing as I believe it should have been up until we switched phones. The latest update fixed the issue we were having! Thank you!
