Horrible app. Says I have no network connectivity when that's obviously not the case. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Readily use Mobile App...it works great. Never without banking availability! GREAT
Changes log in from biometric to password too often, and is down at least once a month.
I'm happy I can make payments toward loans on this app, VERY easy to navigate. I suggest adding income and, what I believe is called 'outcome', for each month. Not exactly like statements, but someone who knows what they're talking about would understand lol. 4 stars because it's so boring to look at and not that interactive yet, I hope.
Excellent experience all the way around! This app is very easy to use, I'd go so far as to say it is equal to the computer version. I love that I have access to ALL my accounts through this one app, right on the intro page. The USCardAgent (sister app[?]) is a great way to ensure peace of mind in the event that your card ever gets hacked.
Hey ever since the app updated it has been crashing and I can only view my balance if there is a way to fix this that would be great. Got some help to get it to work from the bank payment function still doesn't work but thank you so much *edit* it no longer even opens up before giving an error message. Restarting phone or Uninstalling and reinstalling do not work to fix it. Not gonna lie I'm a little disappointed
Basic pay bills from your bank account app. Only gave 4 stars due to multiple pay dates being changed (forward & backward) by up to 4 days from the date requested. I understand how this would be necessary when a pay date falls on a weekend or a holiday. That's not an issue. When a pay date falls during a normal 5 day work week why should it be moved to be paid 4 days early?
I'm glad I'm not the only one having issues with my app. I use it all the time and I barely got into it the other day and first it was frozen, then it crashed. Now I can't even do that, it just shows the Union Square screen and won't do anything else. It wasn't like this before so I'm going to guess it is from a bad update.
There is never a day that it would not kick me out, or not operate at all. I have to relentlessly try again or come back in a few hours 😩 this app is frustrating, it's so inconvenient
I'm loving the new changes but I do wish that you would highlight the deposits in green. And, I Love having the ability to pay the credit card payment on the mobile app. Awesome 👍.
The app is very user friendly. Love being able to see my account and transfer funds on my phone.
Very convenient, especially when I need to move money immediately to make a purchase. I can check my balance any time of day even on the holidays....love, love, love it!!
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Seriously though, it's a bit annoying when you've got something that's going to be autobilled to your account and you just want to check your balance.
Feels a little 'clunky'. Crashes more frequently than I am comfortable with a banking app. I appreciate the first steps USCU is making however, and am looking foreward to the improvements I'm sure are coming
Really appreciate the fingerprint entry. It's super easy to use and a great overall app.
App doesn't even function on my phone. It automatically closes, that's all it does

Wouldn't know what to do without it. Moved away from WF 2 years ago and kept banking at USCU - this makes banking from a distancs so easy!

It would be better if you didn't have to download a second app just to control your card and the app is slow
Very useful and user friendly the checks lag sometimes that's why I won't give it 5 but otherwise no problems
on the credit card transactions it doesn't show anything, you have to go through a browser to see them
I really do like the convince of the online mobile app. This has been an easy app since day one with my account at Union Square Bank.
The app rarely works for more than 1 minute after having to open the app over 5 times to get it to work. Issues get worse with every update.
