I love the ePayCard account! Sending money and managing finances with this app is easy. Well done! Update: The color scheme of white and orange is great. The small buttons for sending money are highly visible, but I hope they can enlarge the main card that shows the balance a little bit more. Still very happy with the app overall.
Your mobile app is frustrating because the frequency that it is not sending an otp is more than the times that it sends, therefore I was not able to login to the app. So how the heck am i going to change the "in-otp". I update the app regularly. But you are always on maintenance. Please check your otp servers so that your users will be able to use your app for online transactions. Or probaly just change your development team for not being able to do their jobs correctly.
This app is so annoying!!! You have to get an OTP for every move that you'll make. There's more, it literally takes more than 5 minutes to get one which makes code expire. I have to restart the phone multiple times just to get an OTP.
No star because I sign up yesterday until now I can't access my account. Very disappointing because I need it immediately and keep on popping that my account was not ready and the option is logout. I've tried to install and unistall seems nothing change and I used to log-in several times but still the same. Annoying app.
Horrible. At first it was convenient but when using other services like the quick loans, bank transfers, and loading it was laggy and if you attempt to re do the transaction you might experience inconveniences double transactions without receiving funds/services.
I wish the app can let us remove the OTP after doing the fingerprint authentication. I mean I understand that there could be instances where the SIM is on another phone but come on! It's an overkill.
Is there a bug right now? Whenever I try to log-in, the app tells me to enter the OTP generated by the app but there isn't one. When I try the option "Receive OTP via sms", it's not sending any codes. Tried multiple times but it wasn't sending any code to my phone number. This is so frustrating! First time to experience this and I can't even transfer money to other banks because of this. Can't even see the balance of the account now. Can't even log-in via web browser.
The app is very easy to use. Asking for OTP every time you log-in is understandable since it helps us to keep our account secured. I love that it has an option to set a goal, it makes it easier for me to set aside a budget from my account for a certain goal without having to keep on computing how much I save for a certain thing. Kuddos for this Unionbank! Keep up the good work!
Unable to open an account. Keep on filling out all information even though the problem is only the quality of my ID. And i keep getting the same reason why i cant open an account even though the information of my ID is readable. Been trying this since last week. 5 or 6 times and still no luck.
One of the best banking apps there is. I've been using the app conveniently amongst my transactions and the online booking/visit is one of the best features. It saves so much of my time than lining up and consume my time waiting to deposit (cash and check). The app is easy to use, secured and manageable.
This app is so hard to use. I was just applying for personal savings but several errors occurred during the process that kept me from completing my application. Even customer service was not good. When I reported it, and follow up the next day I found out that my ticket was reported on the wrong department. If only my company would require other banks...I wouldn't choose this bank. It's too much hussle to open an account...
It's so frustrating that I tried using my ID to verify my account but it's undetectable??? I even try to log into my account and an error often pops up saying that I must enter a valid user ID and password when both User Id and passwords are correct? The app is too frustrating to use and it's very disappointing. Fix your application first.
I'm not receiving any OTPs despite trying to login multiple times. My app is updated as well but still not receiving OTPs. I even tried texting my registered number to check if my number has an issue but I was able to receive the text just fine. This is very disappointing considering I was able to login just last week. What seems to be the issue here?
My issue since 2021 is unblocking my profile. I unfortunately entered my password incorrectly 3x. I have tried unblocking it by clicking that unblock profile button. All has been entered and verified and it said that an email has been sent to my e-add but when I checked, I haven't received anything. I have emailed the cx service, they gave some instructions but nothing works. I hope they would look into this issue. Recovering un/pw don't also work. Believe me, I tried.
This is a WASTE OF TIME! I will never ever tried again to create an account. The app is not working properly. You wasting the time of your customer trying to sign up online to make easier but the problem is the app. They can still ask me to go to the nearest branch. No sense, so what is the purpose of applying online to make more convenient to your customer if you would still ask them to go to the nearest branch to apply and activate again. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!
"We are unable to activate your account at this time because the photo of the ID you have submitted was unclear. Kindly apply again and ensure the photos of your ID are clear and readable before submitting." I'm still receiving this kind of message because of your poor ID validation, even though the photo is not blurry, I still receive this kind of message. I've been applying for almost 5 days and still,the same problem occurs, please fix this as soon as possible
Always having a problem with my OTP, everytime i logged in, the otp wasn't sent to me on the time I'm trying to log in, it's really frustrating, having an app is convinient, an otp everytime I logged in is ok, as long as it should be sent right away, not 3 hours or more that after you tried.
When I try to open an account, after filling up the personal details and birth date, it gives an error that says "Please add an account through your dashboard if you want to avail of our other products. If you have an existing account.... Bla bla bla...." Tried to reinstall still the same problem. I haven't tried opening an account at unionbank before so I don't know why this is happening.
UB got my personal loan, savings account, debit and credit card all in one app and all of the functions are working superbly. Having reliable banking made it easier to cope with the pandemic with bills and purchases. Extremely convenient and easy to use!
Beware of their app giving out errors. Amount was deducted, recepient never received it. No confirmation was sent to me either. Transaction details does not even show that there is a recipient like it normally does. Attempted a dispute, was told to wait 7-14 business days. On the 14th day, rcvd an email that it was resolved. No resolution on the email, no money returned, no explanation given. Unionbank is practically telling me that there's nothing they can do, I lost money bec of the app.
Buggy, nothing works properly. Now it asks me to update apps, when actually no new version is avail. Every transaction needs OTB, cumbersome and braindead solution. Why can't the application recognize still using the same device. Repeated OTP are just client harassments. And then review process itself has bugs .. Sends Another error message... Impressive 🤮
Signup was really a hassle. The app is taking a long time to send otp's. It hasn't provided me with a reference number for the atm card order, and then the atm delivery was delayed for a month now. No proper response from support team. Also, does not set proper expectations and reason of the delay. Some people have the same complaints for months without a proper resolution. I wish i could talk to a manager
Always giving me error whenever I'm trying to access my account. You don't even notify the user if there's an ongoing system maintenance. It's really annoying really!
It's getting more inconvenient using this application as I face a lot of technical issues on sending money to other bank accounts and online platforms. Always giving me a hard time. UB keeps getting technical issues. Keeps deducting the amount I wish to send but the amount fails to be received. Then when you report it it will take days to resolve. So frustrating and so inconvenient!!!
