Tried UB because of the check deposit via photo feature so far its working well for me. Was able to deposit 1 bdo and 1 bpi check. There's a technique to taking the photos you just need to get the hang of it. I found that the app fails to recognize the check when the area is too bright like near the window / balcony. I read a review here that it doesnt work for him. I thought id end up like him but it does work and i was able to deposit checks.
App does not refresh bug lead to approving the wrong transaction. This happen when you have multiple pending approvals. When approving the 1st one it will not disappear from the list but the qty pending will be reduce to by one. Since the 1st did not disappear, users have the tendency to click on approve again. After the 2nd click the list will continue to show all 5 pending but the 2nd item in the list will get approved eventhough the 1st item was reapproved. Workaround -Refresh every approval
Initially the app was good but now its OTP requires 100seconds wait and resend...also it crashes and even send the message that the account is not existing..you have to uninstall and reinstall to proceed with the transaction...gets more hassles this time around
There is a bug/malfunction with the OTP. Once you approve a Transaction, it will not send the OTP. You have to wait 100 seconds and press Resend. Only then will it send.
The app keeps closing. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still not working. I use an Android Samsung phone.
Getting this app to capture cheque details takes too much effort and really negates the convenience of online banking. Very frustrating. 👎👎👎

This app is unrealible. I am a heavy user of mobile banking from different banks. I experienced this app gave me incorrect info. meaning the mobile app data is not in sync with the desktop portal. Furthermore, it tells you transaction is successful then few days after it will fail. They won't even notify you for the failed transaction.
