I love this app very much because its very easy to use but please fix the telecom payment option part. I can't pay my Smart plan because its asking for a 7 digit cellphone number when it should be 11 digits. Thank you anyways because I'm able to pay my PLDT bill through this app and purchase load sometimes.
This app was so useful until i wasn't able to view my transaction history and can't use the buy load option anymore. Tried sending an email and calling their domestic care hotline which did not really helped to rsolve the issue at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled app several times but it is still not wotking!
First u need to call to activate. Then u'll be asked to wait. Next u get a text saying u can now download the app. It doesnt stop there. Enter ur phone # to get the activation code but u cant continue w/o the MPIN w/c is said to be sent via email (w/c takes forever and a day)...who knows what step u need to do next before u'd finally have the app. With BDO and BPI: 1. Download the app 2. Enter ur e-banking id and pw 3. Ur in!! Banking doesnt have to be complicated, does it? That's why u want the app because it's suppose to make it a lil easier.
"Take control. Banking on Demand" If you guys need that, then this is NOT the app for you. An app should make your lives easier, but this app will just give you problems, from the activation process to the downtime issues. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere if you need online capabilities to your banking needs, go BDO or BPI, but AVOID UNIONBANK.
I hate when I had to call your hotline in order for me to register and I waited for two days to activate this app. It was very inconvenient unlike other bank's app. But overall experiences was good and this is very easy to use. Very user-friendly.
The app used to be useful but for some reason, it stopped letting me view my transaction history and just recently, and won't let me load my phone anymore. I've called it in but I didn't get much help. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything either
The app is great since I am able to pay may bills. But few months ago, I started having issues with my transaction history since it's not loading up. So, if you'll be able to correct the issue, I'd be happy to give you 5 stars for this app :)
I loaded my globe sim card, it worked properly. Then on my smart (e-load) it just get my money and display an error. It says connection error something like that. And goodbye money. I checked my transaction history and wow, amazing it's not working. Fix this! Please!
Poor service, slow transaction getting a code is so disappointing. Tried calling customer service waiting 10mins no one is answering. Wth
i have installed and activated the app but my current balance does not show. it only shows 00.00 balance. the only working is the deduction on transaction history
Still not updated with Material design, and no mobile payment support, nor fingerpront login. Too antiquated.
I understand the security purpose of registration, but it is an app it should be easy to use like any other bank apps. It should make user more convenient when using the app.
I can't log in with this app. When I check play store earlier there's another union bank app. I hope they notify us users if there's any changes.
You cannot do anything with it unless you contact customer support. And by experience, that's one hour phone call.
I haven't received the mpin yet that's supposed to be sent to my email address. It's been two days since I received the activation code in my cp#.how come
Much easier to do transaction via the actual website..have tried to install it for easy access on mobile but seems it needs activation before u can even use it.. not good..
Very low service we wait for a very very long time before we accept our salary like today August 15, 2017 it's 5pm and until now we dont have a money very poor service
I tried to activate my account but i cant i keep on sending activation code to my sim but its not receiving the code. It only send MPIN to my email address. In the end i wasnt able to use this app. Very dissatisfied.
Fix the transaction history. So many comments about it here. Also when trying to pay meralco bills it gives an error that it's down. Totally glitchy.
Changed my rating to 2 stars. For some reaon when it's payday app almost always never works. Not sure what the problem but I'm sure its not on my end. When it works, it's great..you can buy load and pay bills but I wouldn't call this app reliable.
i can't view all my transactions. this was supposed to be the most useful thing to do for this app to view transactions. now you can just view your balance. please fix this.
The errors are not specific. Ex: I'm trying to pay for my insurance and it just posts invalid details. I double checked, tried removing special characters, etc. but it always says invalid details. Atleast be specific in what makes the details invalid.
This app is bullshit! They kept on saying that they are unable to regocnize my number. Tried my other phone number but still the same.
Error! I just activated the app , took me a month and now I have it activated I cannot use it! The transaction history is not working and it keeps on giving error page cannot process request please try again later. how many times do I need to try? gosh!
What can we do in this app is basically just to check the balance only. We cannot even view the transaction history. One star for now. Disappointing.
I tried to load my phone and received an error. When I checked my balance, 350 was already deducted from my account. Improve your app pls! Plus it doesn't show previous transactions just like before.
I don't understand why so many people are complaining about this app. I had no trouble activating my account. The process was seemless and it took me a mere 5 minites for the entire activation process. The app grants a lot of functionality and convenience. I can now pay my utility bills online, buy load, check my account balance, and pay my credit card bills. Thats a lot of functionality and that's 5 stars from me.
