Invalid mobile number like really
You enrolled me for agent banking but I couldn't login to this app. I thought the password was wrong until I requested for password reset. Reset link was sent, I reset my password and tried to login on this app but the situation never changed. Went to your branch at Dugbe in ibadan. They couldn't do anything as they don't have experience at all. "WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER." This has been your message for over 1 month now. No single transaction
Invalid number Very useless app Wasted my data 4 nothing
It's a very good app but at this moment, i'm having problems login in to my account. I use the app for the POS, and someone wanted to withdraw and inputed the wrong pin, i then cancelled the transaction and then the app crashed and i wasn't able to make any transaction so i reinstalled the app on the POS but wasn't able to login again and this not my first time of reinstalling the app and login in again, but today's situation is very different because i'm not able to login. Please i need help.
I hv a good experience on this App but the issues is that most customers want to check their account balance befor making any transaction but there's no feature of that nature on uniondirect portal so may like to recommend on that. Secondly your charges during withdrawal on customers account are too much please.
I ve just been enrolled on the union direct unfortunately i could mot use this app after downloding. I use a Galaxy S8plus phone, it doesn't give me the "Next" option. It's only my phone number am able to input. I think it's a compatibility issue. Urgently resolve so that i can start using union bank agency banking in addition to others. Regards.
The app is working perfect but the commission they are paying they didn't arrange it very well is dropping instant and I supposed to be dropping a page of commission at the end of the month the commission will be paying the customer account or back the wallet so that the person will know that this is what is achievement for the month thanks
Very stupid app, they will ask you to put mobile number and if you input it, they will say invalid, nonsense, their other app, the same nonsense, no option to sign up!!!! What a nonsense coding, you guys should reprogram this app joor, take a look at other bank apps, if there's anything like no star, I'd rate you NO STAR Am uninstalling now
Uniondirect management is very poor. As it stands now, I can never advise anybody to go for Union Banking Agency. They are not serious at all. I have lossed many customers at my point because of there bad network. I closed my shop for two days because of there bad network, up till now they are still having issue. Anyway, I have started working myself out for better POS. Una well done...
I have been trying to download union direct app no way pls help me. Secondly collecting charges from the customer account has made some of them not to transect with us again. Please if u can charge we the agent why we charge customer better like other POS machine does. Thanks
What is the meaning of invalid number hmm nonsense app
This is the worst Agency banking app ever in terms of hiding charges. Please dont download, please dont download... Terrible app. They charge as high as 500 just to more money from core account to wallet. At the end of the month they take all you commission. You are practically just working for the team.
Union should try and review their charges.. Though u guys posses strong network for real. But since i updated this app on my device..it kept on crashing from time to time..
Why does it not show full statement, when you click? Why does the app also not show full commission? Work on it.
I want to login but is not login
Union direct need to get good IT personnel to help get the entire system workable. Because over two weeks now I haven't been able to install and transactions are going passed my office daily and this is very annoying and painful
I have to edit my first review about union direct, lately, they have been doing great with their update and also working effortless to maintain good network.
Very good.. Keep the update coming pls.. Especially for us to be able to use the terminal to pay utility bills cos most customers demand for receipt
Since yesterday's I have being trying to open uniondirect yet till now is not opening but they keep on informing me to update. As I try to update it wouldn't but they continue to tell me to delite some important application's I have. Please how can I update it? Secondly our pos machine have not been printing for more than 2 months now,we reported & complained to the office till yet no good respond. Should I go & pick another pos from ex where.
I paid for prepaid electricity bills on the app and I was debited but no token was sent. I went to the to complain but nothing was done.
Worst app ever,my phone number was requested and after providing it,i was told that the number is wrong that i should contact the branch.
The most annoying moblie bank I wish I never used your bank I'm looking forward to stop using your bank. Because you moblie app have never been useful to me.
It's good but the limits of the deposits or transfer is not okay is too small please increased the limits

This new update is absolutely rubbish. Take a century to load. Alway saying errow occured. You better roll back to previous version

Pls i have been trying to log into the app its not working. If i put my phone number it will be saying error pls you guys should fix this problem fast.
This App is unique. It makes banking very much easier,faster and safer.
This just worst please, they asked me to enter my mobile number, and is still telling me that it's wrong number, I just waist my data to download this , common what's the way out?
