Remove this thing from play store. It doesn't work anymore. Why would you release an update and keep the old app on the store?

I can't login again since the update

I use it before now. I have 3 accounts with Union since 2004

Consistent login error, poor graphic user interface, not user friendly, low daily limit of 5,000 naira and more... cos eversince I downloaded this app., i have not been able to execute a single transaction. Its just so frustrating its not been fixed despite all my complaints.

Is a useless apps so far, it was initially the best apps but since i did d update, i can no longer login again and dy r telin me i can only make transactn of 5000 a day. Already i hav resolve dat b4 and i collect 20,000 daily, hw can d stupid updates apps direct me to the bank the second time. Wen the apps itsef isnt workin. I guess u fix dis on time or you loose your no 1 customer to other banks. Dnt forget many people depend on this mobile bankin. So nw u r a blockage. Fix it speedily

Once a good app, now a terrible app. All of a sudden my accounts became delinked. Have gone to the bank to fix it twice, after filling some forms they promised it will start working before the day ends. I guess unionbank is even confused on their app. I have given up on this app!!!

Forcing voluntary donations is not a very good idea. Remove that nonsense, please. Again, login is internet based; so one MUST always have data or any internet access to even buy airtime. No internet access, no access to app, no transaction, no login, absolutely nothing.

It's the worst since the upgrade. I think I am going to switch to another Bank if nothing is done within 72hours. It has disappointed me for the past one month.

This app use to be ok. But in recent times it has become unreliable. I always resort to other banks app for solace. Do something.

This is one of the worst thing that happened to union bank. I regret banking with them..Nonsense app

I cannot even register. Talk more of doing stuff with it. Have been trying to register for a week. What a crappy waste of resource this App is.

Was beautiful until d last update. Not bn able to login since d update. Am so disappointed at UnionBank for dis crappy "thing"

Trash app, Trash bank, do not get. Wish I could give it a lower rating

It has not been a bad app, just that it is not as smart as the old version. Also include generate statement button rather than mini statement.

The app was manageable before the upgrade. Now it is a total waste of time. I wish I never had to install it.

A useless app when i wanted to upgrade it could'nt go it keeps on telling me that the phone/ account no has not been registered I'm totally disappointed in you i feel like quitting from union bank pls improve your services

The app is OK and helpful, I use it to pay bills less than half a million and recharge dstv phone even more

The worst part of this all is that whoever mans this useless app does not even reply customers. You should upgrade your platform and catch up with other banks.

Useful app. Note however that old Users who just upgraded could ignore the new Users N5,000= limit. Just send like you did earlier on. Tried paying for StarTimes, and this time it worked!

Sad interface Annoying pop up for donations. That shouldn't be the first thing in your face every time you open the app ! Initially, I thought it was a scam

Why the hell can't I login to this nonsense anymore. Keeps giving a very unhelpful error message. At least I could make use of it before. Now I can't. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE

It's been OK since I've been using it since last year. I just got a new phone and downloading and login was as simple as ABC. This, I must say is a good one

It was excellent until I did the last update. Since then it has refused to work. I'm just pissed off with the app.

Iam disappointed with upgrade ,I upgraded but I can't login a gain till I visited my bank what amess.

A great app, everything works like a charm! Those complaining should upgrade their app.

At first I thought the fault was from me until I saw all the comments on here, I should have stick with the old update cause I can't don't anything on this new update, can't transfer nor buy airtime. What's the point of mobile bank if I can't do any of those.. please resolve this issue as soon as possible

The app is good and cool I heard the new upgrade is the best in the industry. I was able to test it from a friend. It works directly with online banking. It is great. Union Bank....Simpler Smarter Bank.

This app use to be among the best but, it's now terrible n unreliable.

Am very disappointed, I think u guys shod learn from other financial institution coz ur services in banks is so poor so also ur app.

digusting. .after the last update I closed my account with this bank..why do I need two apps from the same bank just to make my transaction ... back to the board union bank
