It pretty much offer you everything you'd expect from a mobile banking app. Works well, hardly ever crashes or hangs. Its very stress free for me. My most used banking app. The share button has stopped working, the interface needs some tweaking. Upgrade needed.

The App suddenly refused to work. I was advised to update the App. I've uninstall and installed severally and followed advice from the Bank who were not proactive in helping! Unfortunately, its still not functioning . The App is requesting for OTP code sent via SMS! But unfortunately no OTP code received. I've been on this since February.

Someone introduced me to this bank and I only went for it coz of the low patronage compare to other banks, this will reduce waiting time and all. However, after downloading their app it only work for 1 day and after that I couldn't log in again it kept saying "something went wrong try again later". I sent a mail already, I was told to uninstall and install again, I've been doing that for the past 2days nothing yet. Well, I've been able to move out my fund, I'm thinking of closing the account.

I tried to operate my Union App severally even after following all the update procedures. The Bnk has recently upgraded its systems I tried severally, but the app could neither work nor the Upgrading formats. I checked my setting and found that all my apps were placed on the Auto Upgrade mode. I did all I could but to no avail. I therefore had to wait until when the Auto Upgrade is completed and the app instantly turned to its functional operations. I remain grateful.

I hate to give this review because I just opened an account few days ago. I like the idea that you can use the app without an ATM card. But i so much hate the issue when I will wait tirelessly for SMS token when making transfer. I am a Mobile Engineer so i know when I say it is not a good user experience. Multiple times that I have left the app before the message comes in. By the time I come back, it will require another message which will take forever. Please fix soonest. Thank you.

The most unhelpful banking app. My UnionMobile app. suddenly refused to function and told me to contact Customer care. I did. I updated the app., but registering became a problem. I've been attempting to register for over a month, to no avail. I keep being told to enter the OTP sent to me via SMS, which I did, also to no avail. I keep getting the error message that the OTP I entered is invalid. They seem to expect the OTP to be entered almost before you've received it. Interest rates too high

I opened an account via the app, I was debited and till today I didn't get my account number. After countless calls and numerous emails, they NEVER gave any reasonable explanation. Did not even bother to reach out to profer a solution. Very useless Bank with useless customer service.. Their customer service agents are so rude and unprofessional!!!

Kudos, but needs more work! Would rate 5 stars when these complaints are addressed: 1) 'Loans' in the 'Services' section does not go beyond 'What is your employment status?'. 2) Recharging through the app mostly shows error messages and takes forever to load. 3) I have started getting messages that charges on transactions done months back were not made and some money, deducted. There are one or two other issues that I have come across during my attempt to be familiar with the app's functions!

Good App interface. Confusing statement of account details Unnecessary charges like OTP charges crazy and some unnecessary charges I don't know of but just have to accept. fortunate thing is, it my salary account. once e come in I do push it out to avoid all those unnecessary charges.

Money was transferred to my account but only 25% of it was shown on my main balance. An online transaction was made and no email notification, or statement was made on the exact amount yet my account balance had been deducted.

Union Bank app has been a good one so far It's impossible for everything to be as we want but they have been trying their best to satisfy us The only complain I have is their charges, the charges has been too much. The app kept deducting my money Pls check into that

It's with heavy heart Am writing this, it's very sadden that the Didn't allow us to view our transaction receipt in full details, once you closed the transaction the receipt can't be view again even for references purpose and it's bad 😭😫.

This app settings is not good at all , at least there should be a providing space for someone to click as reset password, reset username. How can a app not have that , it's frustrating, you people should work on this , even if I click on forgotten password, there's no where to click as reset password. How can it be so .

My experience with the recent update is terrible, I have never had it bad with the mobile app since it was launched. It's not always connecting, telling me errors in doing one thing or other. I can't transfer nor but credit. It has to be done several times over several days. It's really frustrating, please kindly do something!

This used to be an efficient and reliable banking app until the user interface was changed and this new update was introduced. Since then it has been one bug issue of the other. Failed transactions and constant debits everytime. Whoever is fixing it is doing a bad job and making things worse. I suggest you revert to the previous version of the app with the old interface.

Would have given negative starts if it was available . This is a very bad app to start with, coupled with a bad ux design, always popping up with errors, simple transactions such as purchasing airtime seems like a very impossible task to complete, for transfer, you just have to retry your transaction again and again. Even your internet banking seems more like a harder task, just seeing the menu makes you tired, performing transactions takes forever, with tech, nothing seems easy with union bank
